The article deals with the mechanism of quality control of agro-industrial production processes, namely, quality control of poultry farm processes. It also details the management of nonconforming products using simple quality control and management tools – a checklist and a Pareto chart. It was suggested that a checklist should be used to record nonconformities and their number for each nonconformity. Using this checklist form will allow you to analyze the production process, identify the causes of nonconformities, and quickly intervene in the process to prevent nonconformities from occurring. To analyze the inconsistencies and the causes of their occurrence, it was suggested to use the Pareto diagram, the use of which allows you to pay attention to the most significant problems.
The purpose of the work was to identify and analyze the causes of corrosion destruction of metal products, used in conditions of animal keeping on farms of the agro-industrial complex, and to find effective methods of combating it. In order to increase corrosion resistance of metal products of livestock farms and complexes, it is proposed to use the developed preparation, which has fungicidal and anticorrosive properties simultaneously. The rate of metal products corrosion during the experiment was evaluated by the museum strain of Aspergillus niger fungi. The article describes the causes of fungal corrosion, the principle of its effect on metals; proposes an inhibitor of complex action for the control of electrochemical and bio-corrosion. The protection efficiency of metal products by the inhibitor was evaluated by the corrosion braking coefficient and the degree of protection. The effect of inhibitor concentration on the rate of low carbon steel bio-corrosion has been studied. It has been proven that the rate of corrosion processes decreased by 50 times, when exposed to a medium, contaminated with fungus spores, on metal samples treated with an inhibitor.
Theoretical bases of repair of agricultural machinery and equipment, the basic processes causing a decrease in the working capacity of machines, as well as methods for increasing their reliability are set out. The production processes of machinery repair and modern technological processes for the restoration and strengthening of parts are described. Details are given of technological processes for repairing typical parts and assembly units, as well as progressive ways to restore them. Particular attention is paid to methods for determining rational operating modes of production processes, their effective use at technical service enterprises, as well as the fundamentals of quality management of machinery and equipment repair.
The publication is addressed to students studying in the field of 35.03.06 «Agroengineering» (training profile "Technical service in the agro-industrial complex"). It can be useful for specialists of technical service enterprises and research organizations.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
