The article deals with the nature of marketing planning at the enterprise and its features. The authors study the methodical approach of marketing planning, taking into account the market situation at the domestic market. The authors offer the systematization of the formation principles of the marketing planning system at the enterprise.
This article contains the results of research in the field of regional development of Ukraine, in particular in terms of quantitative and qualitative characteristics of innovative development, in order to develop an approach to the formation of innovative clusters and improve regional development. The proposed approach is based on an agglomerative cluster procedure using the “neighbor” method, which allows grouping of homogeneous regions. As a result, the regions are clustered into 3 homogeneous clusters according to the level of innovation development. Also, the key indicators of innovative development are investigated, for each newly created cluster, with the substantiation of expediency of clustering in the corresponding kind.
This research paper examines the significance of regional statistics within the institutional framework for integrated development. Focusing on Ukraine, the author compares its regional statistics standards with those of Europe, highlighting the importance of aligning with EU standards to facilitate the implementation of common policies and procedures at the regional level. By analyzing the current methodological inconsistencies between Ukrainian regional statistics and NUTS standards, particularly in light of the country's administrative-territorial reform, the paper identifies key challenges in territorial development. These challenges include the need for industry-specific data to inform strategic specialization (S3), the importance of statistical criteria for identifying problem areas, the assessment of disparities in district and regional development, and the establishment of internal mechanisms for state bodies to effec
