To carry out socio-philosophical conceptualization of the phenomenon of smart-culture as the newest sphere of human being, which emerges and develops in the era of informatization and technologization of society. The authors prove that the concept of “smart culture” is an evolutionary stage and unity of meanings of theoretical approaches to understanding the essence of modern society (information, virtual, global, etc.). It is proved that the condition and consequence of the emergence of a smart society is the development of a smart culture, which emerges as a unity of value models and technical and technological levels of development of civilization, which, in turn, forms a new subject - a smart person who tries to be realized as an individual through scientific advances, the latest information and communication technologies in a new living space. It is substantiated that the modern world is in a state of systemic, large-scale transformations, the result of which is in the emergence and development of new relations such as human-world, human-society, human-city, human-community, etc.
The aim of this article is to reveal the ecological education’s perspectives at the present stage of the globalization processes’ deployment and their influence on the formation of the environmental consciousness of both an individual and the society as a whole. A wide variety of methods were used in the research, in particular, general scientific, special scientific and philosophical methods and approaches, including structural and functional analysis, synthesis, comparative, systemic, as well as synergetic approach, which allowed considering education as a complex and opening system. The authors have proved that theorganization of the ecological education is important at all levels of an individual’s socialization, especially in the process of enculturation. The individual simultaneously forms responsibility for his or her actions at the local level (within the city, region, or state) as well as on the planetary scale, as the modern humankind faces global ecological problems, which cannot be solved by a separate society. Thus, humankind has already developed appropriate protocols and activity programs, but that is not enough for today. Therefore, the authors of this research claim that only carefully considered approaches to education and upbringing are the ways that enable real solving of the global problems instead of declarative attitude to them. The authors attempted to substantiate the need to organize the environmental education and upbringing at all levels of an individual’s socialization in the context of modern globalization processes. The research results can serve as guide marks for improving ecological education, both at the state programs level and at the supranational level.
On the basis of socio-philosophical and organizational anthropological controversy, the position of understanding and purposeful achievement of the phenomenon of wealth through social practices is considered and constructed. The generic connections of the concept within the continuum of wealth — poverty are analyzed. There are two levels of wealth research, namely personal and organizational. In the modern Ukrainian information environment, various kinds of myths-traps constantly dominate, which distort the worldview of citizens regarding the understanding of the phenomenon and ways to achieve wealth. Abstract forms of thinking are associated with the further distortion of the social practices and business culture of our society, generating «chimeras of rapid enrichment» and «ideals of a rich life» in a consumer society. Radical hedonism, selfishness and cynicism are presented in the sense of the obligatory modes of existence of modern man, who strives to gain wealth and become happy. There is a radical simulation and substitution of the essences of human existence. Conceptual and categorical analysis of «poverty — wealth» is carried out, using systemic, integral, linguistic and descriptive approaches.
