The availability of facilities has not been able to optimize the implementation of learning. This has resulted in some students not being able to take online lessons properly; about 29.4% of students have never taken online lessons so that students miss lessons that are carried out according to schedule. This study aims to develop a website-based Learning Management System to facilitate learning during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is included in research and development (R&D) by adopting the Alessi & Trollip development model. The subjects of this study were, among others, two media experts, two material experts, and two subject teachers in junior high schools. The data collection technique used a test based on the product developed for each research subject using the appropriate instrument. The results of the questionnaire will be analyzed descriptively using the proportion to choose the LMS product. The results of the research data that the assessment above is 88.88% of media experts, the amount of material obtained is 91.22%, and prospective users consisting of students and teachers are 91.88%, which means that the acquisition of media and subject matter to be used is 81%, which are included in the very decent or excellent category so that there is no need for revision or improvement. Thus the learning application, namely the learning management system (LMS), can be used as a tool to support the learning process during online learning activities.
Era Society 5.0 yang merupakan sebuah konsep dimana pengembangan Internet of Things, Big data, dan Artifical Intelligence diorientasikan untuk kehidupan manusia yang lebih baik, berbeda dengan konsep di Revolusi industri 4.0 dimana teknologi yang dikembangkan berorientasi pada produktifitas proses bisnis, hal ini telah merubah tatanan kehidupan. Kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai alternatif gaya kepemimpinan yang dapat menyesuaikan masa depan dengan perkembangan era society 5.0 dan menghadapi generasi milineal yang kritis yang dilatihkan kepada Taruna di Akademi Angkatan Udara. Penulisan naskah ini menggunakan metoda analisis deskriptif yang mengkaji pustaka dengan pendapat dari para ahli dan beberapa penelitian terdahulu. Berdasarkan penelitian Megawati dkk kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pretasi kerja dengan dibuktikan dengan hasil perhitungan regresi sederhana atau hasil uji t diperoleh nilai t hitung adalah 9,451 sedangkan nilai t tabel 2,024. Artinya nilai t hitung > t tabel dan memperoleh nilai signifikansi tertinggi yaitu 0,00.
The Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic that has hit the world has now changed the order of human life, every activity uses masks, maintains distance, does not gather, and washes hands. The government does not allow face-to-face learning in the classroom, so learning is carried out online (online), teachers provide learning using several e-learning platforms that are available as long as they are supported by internet facilities. The use of these different platforms resulted in the learning process being less than optimal due to the lack of coordination between teachers, management, and students. Learning scheduling which is carried out individually is not coordinated, this makes it difficult for teachers and students to start learning and is verified/monitored by management to ensure the quality of learning. Students find it difficult to know and repeat the subject matter that has been implemented. This online learning process needs a media that can manage all learning activities starting from planning, implementation to evaluation that makes it easier for management, teachers, and students. The method in this writing is the method of literature from experts and some research results that are descriptive-analytical. LMS media is expected to be able to manage the learning process that begins with scheduling, subject matter and evaluation easily which can be accessed and studied by students online using the LMS. Management can control and monitor the learning process, and parents can also participate in monitoring, following, and directing learning.
