The term entrepreneurship has been consistently associated with policies to combat unemployment, since it deals with the changes made in the labour market by the global economy. However, entrepreneurship is a direct result of new patterns of social relations and policies and not just a response to the retraction of the current level of employment. In organizations, people also part of this environment of change, entrepreneurship in finding a new way to act, to develop and identify new knowledge and opportunities. This article deals with entrepreneurship as a new corporate strategy, creating new business, instigating the renewal or innovation within an organization. The big challenge is entrepreneur is transforming dreams into new ideas and achievements, including the process entrepreneur as a tool of corporate transformation. It can be concluded that, by the people, in an environment of change, organizations have the opportunity to create and develop new business enterprise, optimizing resources, processes and results.
