The current research aims to show the effect of Vocational Adjustment in reducing the work pressures that the research sample is exposed to, represented by the doctors working in the hospitals of the Medical City Department, whose number is (221) doctors, who represent the research sample from the total community of (521) doctors distributed over four hospitals (m. Ghazi Al-Hariri Specialized Surgery / m. Baghdad Educational / m. Burns Specialist / m.
