This research is in the form of a relational screening model and was both descriptive and explanatory in terms of aim. 601 usable surveys were gathered for this research using three scales. The explanation of the relation between the organizational trust, organizational support and organizational commitment levels of the teachers and administrators with a mathematical model has been realized via multiple linear regression analysis and in the analyses enter method has been used. When the variance analysis regarding the perceptions of the administrators and teachers about organizational trust, organizational support and organizational commitment is inspected, the organizational commitments of the administrators and teachers exhibit a meaningful difference according to the joint impact of organizational trust and organizational support. The multiple linear regression model calculated has been also supported by LISREL software. According to the findings obtained as a result of the studies carried out within this framework, it is concluded that organizational trust and organizational support are the most substantial factors that affect the organizational commitment. In accordance with the findings of this research, it can be stated that organizational trust and organizational commitment of the administrators/teachers will be stronger when they feel that their organizations are supportive and bound up in them.
The purpose of this research was to determine the mediation effect of the organizational support provided to the administrators and teachers and their communication skills to their job satisfaction in the schools that are learning organizations at the same time. The participants of the research were composed of the school administrators and teachers and joined voluntarily to the research. In the research, the purposeful sampling method has been used. The research groups were composed of 300 administrators and teachers. This research is a study in the relational screening (survey) model. The research is both descriptive and explanatory in terms of its purpose because in the theoretical framework learning organizations, communication skills, organizational support, and job satisfaction have been addressed in all their parts and tried to be defined concerning all the various perspectives and approaches. In the research, the data were collected with a scale. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship of the school administrator's transactional leadership behaviours and learning organization dimensions in the educational institutions with the job motivation of the teachers. The questionnaire form applied to the teachers working in the determined institutions within the cross-sectional research process by a purposive sampling method on the basis of volunteering, and a total of 352 measurement tools is evaluated. The reliability and validity results are examined by applying the confirmatory factor analysis to the scales. According to the obtained findings, a relationship that is significant at enough level and in the same direction is ascertained between the transactional leadership behaviours and the job motivation (r= .383 p<0.01) while a relationship that is significant at medium level and in the same direction is ascertained between the learning organization dimensions and the job motivation (r= 0.696 p<0.01). It can be seen that the model can be accepted according to the obtained values of the goodness of fit, when the model test results are analysed by the structural equation modelling analysis, too.
The purpose of this research is to determine the realization levels of administrator's leadership applications and to determine the relation between his/her or teacher's job satisfactions who are charged in secondary education schools. The participants are composed of the school administrators and teachers who are employed in the secondary education schools in the center of Bolu Province. In this research, it is aimed to determine relationship between communication skills, job motivation, and job satisfaction perceptions demonstrated by the managers and teachers in private and public schools in Izmir. The research is a study in the relational screening model, which is both descriptive and descriptive. The conceptual relationships between the variables were expressed on a model and examined during research process. The study was carried out with a research group of 100 people determined by purposeful sampling method on a voluntary basis. For this purpose, a data collection tool was used. The analysis of data was carried out by using the SPSS package program on computer. In accordance with the problem of the research, the necessary statistical techniques were used. According to the findings, it was observed that there was a meaningful relation at a level of .01 between job motivation-job satisfaction, job motivation-communication skills and communication skills-job satisfaction. According to the research model, it was observed that the intrinsic job motivation perceptions of managers and teachers were higher than other variables, and that the highest relationship between correlation values was between overall job motivation and emotional communication. As a result, no mediating effect of communication skills was detected on job motivation and job satisfaction.
