Job satisfaction is one of the problems that many nurses still experience in hospitals. Many factors affect job satisfaction including the work environment. Problems that are often found in the work environment in hospitals are the lack of lighting systems, high room humidity, noise, and relationships between colleagues and leaders. Low job satisfaction can lead to high levels of fatigue, entry and exit of employees, and even illness. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the work environment and the job satisfaction of nurses at Anwar Medika Sidoarjo Hospital. The research design used a cross-sectional design. The research sample was 101 nurses who worked in the inpatient room of Anwar Medika Sidoarjo Hospital. Sampling techniques are used with purposive sampling. The results of the study found that there was a relationship between the work environment and the job satisfaction of nurses at Anwar Medika Sidoarjo Hospital. Relationships have a positive pattern, the better the work environment, the more job satisfaction of nurses will also increase. Efforts to increase nurse job satisfaction can be done by improving the relationship between nurses and superiors, and improving internet facilities.
The number of deaths and disabilities is one of them due to errors in the administration of drugs. This can be prevented with optimal supervision. The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of Peer Group Supervision on the performance of nurses in drug administration. The study sample numbered 23 implementing nurses and 23 nurse leaders. The results of observation of the performance of nurses before being given supervision training at the head of the nurse (70%) are sufficient and after being given good performance training (100%). The results of the analysis found a meaningful influence of peer group supervision on the performance of nurses (p = 0.00) by showing a positive pattern. The better the leadership supervises, the performance of nurses is also increasing. Efforts to improve nurse performance by improving peer group supervision in a planned and scheduled manner, continuous training on supervision, and socialization of Standard Operating Procedures to nurses.
Discharge planning is one of the activities in the provision of nursing care on patients in the hospital, it will have a shortening impact on patient care in the hospital and reduce the patient's recurrence rate, but the implementation is not appropriate. so far, implementation of Discharge planning is still to be done after the patient finished having treatment by making a summary of the recording of patients return. Various characteristic factors of nurses can influence the implementation of discharge planning in hospital. The research purpose was to know the relationship of factors that influence discharge planning with the implementation of discharge planning. The research design used was cross-sectional, the instrument used was the questionnaire about the characteristics of the nurses and the implementation of discharge planning. The population of research was nurses who served in the inpatient room RSI Sakinah Mojokerto number of 80 nurses and obtained the number of 67 samples with proportional random sampling technique. The result of analysis with pearson correlation for age, education, length of work and chi-square for marital status showed that the characteristics of nurses related to discharge planning implementation were educational factor with p-value 0,023. Pendahuluan: Kejadian phlebitis di RSUD dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto lebih tinggi dibandingkan infeksi lain. Rendahnya kepatuhan cuci tangan perawat menjadi salah satu penyebab tingginya insidensi phlebitis. Langkah efektif memutuskan rantai transmisi infeksi yang mengakibatkan phlebitis adalah cuci tangan yang benar. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui hubungan kepatuhan cuci tangan enam langkah lima momen perawat dengan kejadian phlebitis di RSUD dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto. Metode: Desain penelitian analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan kohort. Populasinya seluruh perawat IGD dengan sampel total populasi sebanyak 20 orang dan sampel pasien 20 orang dengan consecutive sampling. Variabel independen kepatuhan cuci tangan enam langkah lima momen perawat, variabel dependen kejadian phlebitis. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Pengolahan dan analisa data menggunakan uji statistik spearman. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan p = 0,007 < α=0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak artinya ada hubungan antara kepatuhan cuci tangan enam langkah lima momen perawat dengan kejadian phlebitis, dengan nilai r=0,579 yang menunjukkan korelasi positif dengan keeratan korelasi sedang. Diskusi: Ketidakpatuhan perawat dalam melakukan cuci tangan mengakibatkan terjadinya transmisi bakteri dari tangan perawat ke tangan pasien. Bakteri masuk ke dalam vena melalui luka tusukan infus, kemudian bakteri mengakibatkan terjadinya infeksi di sekitar luka tusukan infus, sehingga terjadilah phlebitis. Perawat diharuskan membiasakan diri untuk melakukan prosedur cuci tangan enam langkah lima momen sesuai SPO dengan demikian kejadian phlebitis bisa dicegah. Semakin tinggi kepatuhan perawat dalam melakukan cuci tangan enam langkah lima momen, semakin rendah kejadian phlebitis.
