This study was conducted to determine the relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior in staff. Subjects in this study amounted to 170 administrative employees in Palembang Hospital. The sample technique used in this study is simple random sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is the scale of self-control and Cyberloafing behavior. The analysis technique used is simple regression using SPSS version 20.0 The results of the analysis show that the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.515 with the score obtained is (R-square) = 0.265 and p = 0.000 (p <0.05 and p <0.01) which means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. These results indicate that there is a very significant relationship between self-control and cyberloafing behavior in administrative staff in Palembang Hospital. The variable contribution of self-control with cyberloafing behavior variable is 26.5%.
This study aims to determine the relationship of loneliness with problematic internet use on boarding students on Silaberanti street in Siantan jaya Opposite Ulu 1 Palembang city. Research subjects numbered 220 people using random sampling methods. Data was collected using a 60 item problematic internet use scale and a 60 item loneliness. Realibility is generated on scale of problematic internet use of 0,955 and loneliness of 0,946.Hypothesis testing uses product moment correlation analysis techniques. Hypothesis test results showed a positive relationshif between loneliness with problematic internet use on boarding students on Silaberanti street in Siantan jaya Opposite Ulu 1 Palembang city r= 0,684 with a significance level of 0,000 (p<0,01). Loneliness in this study made an effective contribution of 46,8% to problematic internet use which can be seen from the coefficient of determination (r²) that is equel to 0,468.
Kindergarten education is very important because it is a golden age for children to learn things that will determine their future. This must be supported by appropriate learning methods to support children's learning success. One of them is by applying the token economy technique. The purpose of this service is to increase interest in learning for TK Melati’s children. This service uses an experimental approach by applying the token economy technique. The results of this service indicate an increase in feelings of enjoyment, involvement, enthusiasm, and attentiveness in children during learning activities. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the interest in learning of TK Melati’s children at Desa Air Rupik through the application of token economy techniques
Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konformitas dengan brand switching pada remaja di sukabangun I. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara konformitas dengan brand switching pada remaja di sukabangun I. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 remaja dan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 105 remaja yang didapat melalui teknik purposive random sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala konformitas dan skala brand switching. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20. Hasil analisis data penelitian dengan komputer menggunakan program SPSS versi 20 for windows, menunjukkan koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,261 koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,068 serta nilai p = 0,007 p < 0,05 pada uji nova dua jalur. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Hasil analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara konformitas dengan brand switching pada remaja di sukabangun I . sumbangan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 6,8%. This shows that the hypothesis is accepted. Melalui survey CCSU tentang pemeringkatan literasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa motivasi membaca dan menulis masyarakat Indonesia masih berada di level yang sangat rendah. Penyediaan rumah baca dapat menjadi upaya untuk menaikkan tingkat literasi masyarakat. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan sesi konseling literasi secara personal sehingga mampu melacak tingkat literasi anak di Sematang Borang sekaligus memberikan akses buku-buku di Rumah Baca Cinta Literasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan pemberian motivasi pengembangan diawali dengan penyebaran kuisioner tentang tingkat literasi, motivasi membaca, kebutuhan perpustakaan kepada peserta kegiatan pengabdian. Hasil kuisioner menunjukkan anak-anak lebih senang membaca buku fiksi namun intensitas waktu yang disediakan sangat rendah. Motivasi membaca anak pun sangat memprihatinkan. Selain itu anak merasa bahwa perpustakaan merupakan tempat yang lebih nyaman untuk membaca karena dapat membuat perhatian mereka terfokus. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan memberikan motivasi tentang pentingnya literasi keluarga seperti membiasakan anak untuk mengisi waktu luangnya dengan membaca. Tim memberikan motivasi dan deskripsi bagaimana menumbuhkan minat baca pada anak dan membuat kegiatan membaca menjadi sebuah rutinitas yang menyenangkan. Respon yang diberikan sangat positif, dengan bersemangatnya mereka membaca buku dan para orang tua pun antusias menanyakan bagaimana cara membacakan buku yang tepat untuk anak mereka sehingga membaca dapat menjadi kegiatan alternatif untuk mengisi waktu luang.
