The growth of technology has a big impact on life, one of which is the use of the internet. In Indonesia, internet usage has increased every year, this has an impact on changes in the buying and selling process carried out by the community. The basic reason caused by these changes is a wider market reach. So it can be said that the presence of the online market is a positive impact caused by the development of these technologies. E-Commerce is a process of buying and selling transactions and also leasing services that are carried out by utilizing internet technology that is already available on certain media. On this basis, business actors in E-Commerce should have their own characteristics that are easily recognized by consumers. It is necessary for business people to segment potential customers. However, the problem of customer segmentation has become a problem in itself for business actors, this is due to the lack of knowledge of how to segment the customers. Data mining is a process that can be done to solve problems. With data mining the process is carried out by processing the dataset and generating new information. In data mining itself, there are several completion processes, namely the K-Means algorithm for the clustering process and the RFM model for segmentation analysis. The results obtained are that there are 4 customer segments. This can be seen from the testing process carried out from K = 2 to K = 5, in the K = 4 test the most optimal BDI value is 0.6788

PT. Guna Abdi Wisesa adalah Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF) yang bergerak di bidang distribusi obat dan alat kesehatan. Sistem informasi penjualan obat pada PT. Guna Abdi Wisesa berupa pemesanan obat farmasi dan pengecekan stok. Proses pemesanan obat farmasi masih ditulis tangan menggunakan kertas, dan proses pengecekan data persediaan obat menggunakan Microsoft Excel membutuhkan waktu. Dari gambaran permasalahan yang terjadi maka dirancang dan dibangun sebuah sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web yang diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada. Metode analisis dan perancangan yang digunakan adalah Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai databasenya. Adanya sistem informasi penjualan obat berbasis web dapat membantu perusahaan dalam proses penjualan obat farmasi.

Screening of new employee data is an important activity that is directly related to the process of finding qualified employees. If this activity is done manually, it will be easy for human errors to occur and will also take a long time. At PT. Adhira Jasa Wirakencana HRD is still carrying out data screening activities in a semi-computerized manner, causing data to be missed for screening and also taking a long time besides the absence of a decision support system (SPK) such as Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) by assigning weights to 4 different factors. used are age, distance of residence, education and also work experience which causes screening to be less effective. To deal with all existing problems, an information system for screening data on new employee acceptance was made using the WEB-based Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method using 4 criteria, namely age, distance of residence, education and work experience. This system uses MySQL as the database and PHP as the programming language.
