Pandemi COVID-19 yang telah terjadi di Indonesia merupakan bencana yang tidak pernah diduga sebelumnya. Pada kondisi perekonomian yang sulit di tengah krisis ekonomi dunia, bangsa Indonesia juga harus menghadapi fenomena terjadinya pandemi COVID-19 yang semakin memberatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. DKI Jakarta sebagai ibukota negara telah menjadi episentrum bagi penyebaran virus Corona yang belum ada penangkalnya. Kondisi perekonomian masyarakat di tingkat keluarga dalam situasi pandemi COVID-19 memerlukan inovasi untuk meningkatkan kembali daya saing dan daya jual ekonomi kemasyarakatan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini telah menghadirkan suatu kegiatan penyuluhan yang diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat di wilayah Kecamatan Grogol Petamburan Jakarta Barat. Penyuluhan ini telah difasilitasi oleh Suku Dinas Pemberdayaan, Perlindungan Anak dan Pengendalian Penduduk Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Kegiatan yang telah dilakukan berupa seminar dan workshop tentang kegiatan wirausaha berbasis teknologi yang adaptif terhadap situasi pandemi COVID-19. Masyarakat sasaran telah diberikan pengetahuan tentang proses bisnis elektronik di era Industri 4.0 yang sarat dengan nuansa teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Dengan berbekal pengetahuan itu, kegiatan ini telah membangkitkan semangat dan motivasi mereka untuk menjalankan usaha berskala mikro dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran yang telah dilakukan, sebanyak 89% peserta menyatakan telah memahami luaran kegiatan dan berpendapat bahwa kegiatan ini telah sesuai dengan harapan. Mereka pun yakin akan mampu memulihkan kondisi khususnya di lingkungan ekonomi keluarga pada masa pandemi COVID-19.
Background: Musculoskeletal disorder is one of the health problems which can be caused by the workforce. Work-related to musculoskeletal disorder signed by general chronic pain. Due to the impact of Covid-19, the change of the work from the office to be work from home is worried to trigger musculoskeletal disorders. The aim is to identify musculoskeletal disorder of the workers during work from home on the Covid-19 pandemic. Method: One hundred and four Indonesian respondents participated in the research. The research location was in Indonesia. The method was a descriptive study. The measurement was the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire to investigate the musculoskeletal disorders of the workers. Result: The results showed that the workers 86.3% of the workers experienced musculoskeletal disorders during the last 12 months, while 66.3% of the workers experienced the problem during work from home. Furthermore, the proportion of the workers who had the problem in daily activity was 40%, then 12.6% of the workers visit the doctor because of musculoskeletal disorders. Conclusion: The fourth highest regions of the body that experienced musculoskeletal disorders during work from home were the neck, shoulder, lower back, and upper back.
The construction sector is ranked first as the most dangerous occupation in the world and is an area with a high risk of occupational accidents. According to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan data in 2019, cases of work accidents in Indonesia 2017 increased in 2018. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between age, OHS knowledge, OHS supervision, unsafe act, and unsafe condition for building construction project workers at PT. X. This research was quantitative study with a cross-sectional study design. The sampling technique used simple random sampling where the sample amounted to 109 workers. The results of the research analysis using the chi-square statistical test showed that the variables of age (p-value = 0,662), OHS knowledge (p-value 0,003), OHS supervision (p-value 0,001), unsafe act (p-value 0,002), unsafe condition (p-value 0,000) with a significance limit of α = 0,05. It can be concluded that there is an associated between OHS knowledge, OHS supervision, unsafe act, and unsafe condition with work accidents and there is no associated between age with work accidents. It is recommended that companies provide education to workers in the form of providing OHS knowledge through the toolbox meeting program and periodically monitoring of conditions in the work field.
