In this paper key feature of the National automated information system (NAIS) and options for "one window" principle implementation using integrated e-service online portal in Belarus are presented.

This paper presents results of comparison study on e-government development in Belarus and the Baltic States. Results of this research include peculiarities of the national e-government portals that could help Belarus implement best international practices and form a clear strategic vision of e-government development.
