In the present work, results of investigation into the composite polymer material structure obtained with the help of mathematical methods of image processing are presented. The suggested methods of image construction and processing allow the type, concentration, and modifying effect of the filler to be identified.
It was shown that, using fractal estimates of the texture of the microscopic image, it is possible to analyse the stability of the electrical conductivity of filled polymeric materials under service effects, and to identify stable structures by different methods of electrophysical property control.
541.64The results of an investigation of the structure of polymer composite materials are presented. The materials were produced with the use of the texture analysis and mathematical methods of processing of macrostructure images. The approach proposed to measure texture parameters allows one to investigate the effect of the type and concentration of the filler on the properties of the material.
