At this stage she was allowed to start giving injections again, but immediately got a severe reaction, when it was realized that in her department it was the practice to give equal parts of dihydrostreptomycin and sulphate. Desensitization was resumed with 250 pg. of dihydro and 25 mg. of sulphate, which produced a slight reaction; a further dose of 250 p'g. dihydro produced quite a severe reaction. The dose was reduced to 125 Itg. and was increased weekly, 200 Mg., 250 uAg., 500 pg., I mg., and 2.5 mg.,
