Purpose:to analyze dynamic of physical condition, considering sex (females) and age of the tested, living in region with unfavorable ecology. Material:we studied pre school age girls (n=1580, age 4-7 years). In the research we did not include children with chronic diseases, who were under observation. We tested schoolgirls (n=3211, age 7-17 years) and girl students (n=5827, age 17-21 years, 1-4 years of study. Girl students were divided into five age groups: from 17 to 21 years. All participants lived in conditions of Eastern Siberia (Irkutsk). This region is characterized by unfavorable ecology and climate geographic characteristics. Results:in dynamic of physical condition of pre-school girls, schoolgirls and students we marked out three substantial periods of it characteristics' changes. Age 7-8 years is critical (transition from 1st to 2nd stage). The least values of these characteristics are found in older (after 17-18 years) ages. In students we observed relative stabilization of these indicators. Conclusions:the received results shall be considered in building physical education training process in pre-school educational establishments, secondary comprehensive schools and higher educational establishments.

Competency-based approach in education, changes in the nature of educational and future professional activities demand higher standards from the participants of education process. Recently, the decline in the physical health of the younger generation of Russia has become evident. This decline can be observed with both schoolchildren and university students. In order to analyse and control education process in terms of physical education, define urgent and longterm actions to prevent and eliminate its negative impact on the physical conditions of students, it is necessary to control it at PE classes. Nation's health is a universal social value, a basis of well-being and economic development of the country, a requirement of national security that defines its geopolitical prospects and resilience. That is why maintaining and improving younger generation's health is a priority in higher education management striving to procure the social service of professional socialization during the study term, alongside with educational process optimisation in complex modern information society conditions compacting the life space of the youths. All-Russian health assessment conducted by the Ministry of Health of Russia showed that disease rate among children aged under 11 has increased by 1.4 times over the last 10 years. The highest sickness rate increase can be found among teenagers between 15 and 17. According to official statistics, only 5 % of school graduates are apparently healthy, while 80% of them have some health condition [1]. Today, the problems of students' health, their motivation to improve their health, expanding body capabilities, value system, improving one's physical fitness are extremely pressing. The efficiency of physical training largely depends on the methodical basis of PE, the use of innovative forms, means, ways and methods of their introduction into education processes. It is obvious that most academic research must have the healthy human being as their subject matter, and the research must be aimed at the improvement and maintenance of the health of, primarily, children, teenagers and student youths. It is necessary to put research efforts into developing and defining indices, criteria of healthy state [2]. Nowadays, the control of the physical health of schoolchildren and university students at PE classes is virtually absent. The only non-pharmaceutical and the most efficient way of maintaining and improving young people's health at the universities are PE classes and their physical health monitoring. This article analyses the dynamics of physical development changes and physical fitness of the girls studying at various courses in Irkutsk National Research Technical University (ISTU) and living in East Siberia.
The health of a nation is an obligate social value, the well-being foundation and the basis of a state's economic development, the condition of its national security, determining the vector of its geopolitical perspectives and viability. Therefore, in pursuance of the social order for the professional development of the personality during the period of students education at higher education institutes, the priority direction in the higher education management policy is the idea of preserving and promoting the health of the young generation, educational process optimization under the complex modern conditions of society informatization, compacting the living space of a young person. The only non-drug and most effective means of preserving and promoting the health of young people at higher education institutes is organized physical education classes. Assessment and control monitoring of technical university students' physical health forms a constituent part of the Russian public health care system and allows not only to plan and efficiently organize the educational process, to make adjustments to its optimization, giving an objective assessment of the teaching staff work regarding the Physical Education discipline. The innovative technologies introduction into the health protection system of students makes it possible to take preventive measures before spreading of diseases, to find effective means of influence targeted prenosological correction, changing the vector of interaction between the teacher and students towards creating conditions for the initiative and activity of students in the process of their healthy lifestyle formation.
Purpose : the analysis of physical fitness dynamics of the preschool children, schoolgirls and female students living in the region with an intense ecological situation. Material and methods . In total were surveyed: 1580 preschool children (age 4-7 years), 3211 schoolgirls (age 7-17 years) and 5827 female students (age 17-21 years). It was applied physical fitness tests of various groups of Russia population. Results : It was determined three essential periods of the main characteristics changes of physical fitness. The preschool age is characterized by the expressed gain of results. The lowest characteristics were revealed in senior age (after 17-18 years). Female students have relative stabilization value of these indicators. Conclusions : it is necessary to change the content of the educational process of physical training in educational institutions of the region.
