Abstract. The problems of the existing methods for the determination of combining and technologically interlinked construction processes and activities are considered under the modern construction conditions of various facilities. The necessity to identify common parameters that characterize the interaction nature of all the technology-related construction and installation processes and activities is shown. The research of the technologies of construction and installation processes for buildings and structures with the goal of determining a common parameter for evaluating the relationship between technologically interconnected processes and construction works are conducted. The result of this research was to identify the quantitative evaluation of interaction construction and installation processes and activities in a minimum technologically necessary volume of the previous process allowing one to plan and organize the execution of a subsequent technologically interconnected process. The quantitative evaluation is used as the basis for the calculation of the optimum range of the combination of processes and activities. The calculation method is based on the use of the graph theory. The authors applied a generic characterization parameter to reveal the technological links between construction and installation processes, and the proposed technique has adaptive properties which are key for wide use in organizational decisions forming. The article provides a written practical significance of the developed technique.
Abstract. The article analyzes the instability causes of construction and assembly works (CAW) schedules which leads to the construction works and logistics instability. The "nature" of multi-variant management solutions is considered. The contradiction of requirements to the basic organizational and technological model (OTM) to solve scheduling problems of CAW and construction works is revealed. The basic "an object construction technology model" as "an object techno-logical dependencies models" is considered. A new approach is proposed to solve the problem of CAW scheduling, which includes two-step managerial decisions development at the CAW planning stage and construction works organization stage. At the first stage, the problem is reduced to finding a solution (and not to determining an optimal variant). At the second stage, the problem is solved through optimization.
The main tendency to solve the problem of municipal solid waste in the Russian Federation is the transition from landfill to industrial processing. A promising option is the pyrolysis of solid carbon-containing waste, which allows not only to significantly reduce the amount of waste, but also to obtain alternative types of energy.
The use of products of the pyrolysis processing of municipal solid waste in the technology for the production of ceramic materials is proposed.
A new ceramic material was obtained in which the solid pyrolysis residue of a mixture of MSW of medium morphological composition was used as a structure-forming additive. The following were experimentally determined: chemical composition of the material, water absorption, mechanical strength, density, heat conductivity, heat capacity. It is recommended to use modified ceramics in the production technology of building products for various purposes.

Chemical composition of the material, its average density, thermal conductivity and diffusivity, and specific heat capacity have been determined experimentally. It is recommended to use this ceramic material to manufacture building products for various purposes.
