The Pesisir Selatan District Health Office Technical Implementation Unit that has been determined to apply the Financial Management Pattern of the BLUD Work Unit is given in the form of flexibility or flexibility to apply sound business practices to optimally improve health services to the community. The results of the study found (1) The evaluation of cash flow performance through the current liability ratio in the South Pesisir District Health Office is not good, so the department is unable to pay its current liabilities using only operating cash flow. (2) Evaluation of cash flow performance through the capital expenditure ratio shows quite good results from year to year so there is no need to wait for external funding such as creditors and investors. However, in the last 2 years, there has been a decline so external funding is needed. (3) The evaluation of cash flow performance through debt expenditure ratios at the South Coastal District Health Office is not good. The company does not have a good ability to pay all of its obligations using cash flow originating from the company's normal operating activities and (4) The results of the answers to the second problem found in the South Pesisir District Health Office have applied to account by PSAP and Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010 both in terms of Operating Activities, Non-Financial Asset Investment Activities, Financing Activities, and Non-Budget Activities.
This research is motivated by the problem of the learning methods of group discussion in the purpose of this study is to find out how to increase participation and learning outcomes in learning Integrated Social Sciences discussion methods in class VIII.3 in SMP 19 Padang. The results of data analysis show that learning group discussion models can increase student activity. Students have the courage to ask questions, communicate, answer questions from teachers, friends or other groups and dare to defend their opinions when discussing. Increased participation and Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes can be seen from the acquisition of student scores before being given action, which is an average of 74, to 78 in cycle I. Achievement of material completeness before the action was 8 students (26.67%), increasing to 12 students ( 40%) in cycle I. In the second cycle the average value increased to 83.77 and students who had achieved completeness 23 students (76.67%) at the end of the cycle test the average score of students became 87.1 students who had achieved completeness 26 students (86.67 %). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the learning method of Group Discussion is able to increase student participation in class VIII. 3 at SMP N 19 Padang, because learning using the Group Discussion method can create an active, innovative, creative and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
The Internet of Things is developing in many sectors, especially in the industrial and household sectors. Internet of Things is expected to be a new solution in carrying out daily activities, especially those that are closely related to objects or machines. The concept of the Internet of Things itself is developing smart technology into an object, with the goal of innovation that makes activities more effective and efficient. Examples of the application of the Internet of Things in the industrial and household sectors are: 1) automatic curtain closing, 2) automatic water taps, 3) automatic folding umbrellas, 4) and also automatic parking scan sensors. The research method at this time is a descriptive qualitative method, by obtaining data based on relevant previous research and developing according to the researchers' thoughts. The results of this study are: 1) Work Effectiveness is influenced by the Internet of Things; 2) Individual Behavior is influenced by the Internet of Things; and 3) Supply Chain is affected by the Internet of Things. Abstrak: Internet of Things berkembang di banyak sektor, terutama di sektor industri dan rumah tangga. Internet of Things diharapkan menjadi solusi baru dalam menjalankan aktivitas sehari-hari terutama yang berkaitan erat dengan benda atau mesin. Konsep Internet of Things sendiri yaitu mengembangkan teknologi pintar kedalam sebuah benda, dengan tujuan inovasi yang menjadikan kegiatan lebih efektif dan efisien. Contoh penerapan Internet of Things di sektor industri dan rumah tangga yaitu: 1) Penutup gorden otomatis, 2) keran air otomatis, 3) payung lipat otomatis, 4) dan juga sensor scan parkir otomatis. Metode Penelitian pada kali ini yaitu metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan memperoleh data berdasarkan penelitian terdahulu yang relevan dan mengembangkan sesuai pemikiran peneliti. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Efektivitas Kerja dipengaruhi oleh Internet of Things; 2) Perilaku Individu dipengaruhi oleh Internet of Things; dan 3) Supply Chain dipengaruhi oleh Internet of Things.
This research was motivated by the problem of the low learning outcomes of Economics subjects of class XI Social Sciences at SMA Ekasakti Padang, where 42.11% got learning outcomes under the Minimum Completeness Criteria, namely 78 with a range of 0-100. The purpose of the study was to reveal the influence of teacher communication skills and students' learning motivation towards the learning outcomes of the Economics subject of class XI Social Sciences at SMA Ekasakti Padang. The results of data analysis show: (1) Teacher communication skills have a significant and positive effect on student economic learning outcomes at SMA Ekasakti Padang as seen from sig 0.046 < 0.05 (2) Motivation to learn has a significant and positive effect on student economic learning outcomes at SMA Ekasakti Padang. seen from sig 0.039 < 0.05. (3) Teachers' communication skills and learning motivation together have a significant and positive effect on economic learning outcomes for Ekasakti Padang High School students, as seen from sig 0.008 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that the teacher's communication ability and learning motivation affect learning outcomes, the higher the teacher's communication skills in the teaching and learning process and the better the learning motivation, the higher the learning outcomes.
The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement in the ability to say the order of numbers from one to twenty, the ability to recognize the concept of numbers and symbols of numbers, and the ability to classify the concepts of equal and unequal numbers, many and few, using congkak. The type used is classroom action research. Data collection techniques, namely observation and documentation, data collection tools using observation guidelines. The findings from research show that playing with congkak can improve children's numeracy skills in naming numbers from one to twenty, recognize the concept of numbers and number symbols, and classify the concepts of equal and unequal numbers, many and few. It is suggested to educators to be able to use the method of playing by using congkak in improving children's numeracy skills. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan menyebutkan urutan bilangan satu sampai dua puluh, kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan dan lambang bilangan, dan kemampuan mengelompokkan konsep bilangan sama dan tidak sama, banyak dan sedikit, dengan menggunakan congkak. Jenis yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman observasi. Temuan dari penelitian bahwa bermain dengan menggunakan congkak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak dalam menyebutkan urutan bilangan satu sampai dua puluh, mengenal konsep bilangan dan lambang bilangan, dan mengelompokkan konsep bilangan sama dan tidak sama, banyak dan sedikit. Disarankan kepada pendidik agar dapat menggunakan metode bermain dengan menggunakan congkak dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak.
