The 2030 free from HIV/AIDS program is needed to clarify the direction of achieving its goals. The research objective is to examine the existing policy measures in Papua in particular and Indonesia in general. This study used a systematic review method. Data was filtered from Google search engine, with keywords: HIV/AIDS, Papua, and Van Metter and Van Horn Model. Documents were screened from Google Scholar, PubMed, Semantic Scholar, and ResearchGate for the last 5 years (2016-2022) and government official documents, in Indonesian or English. The PRISMA diagram was used that include identification, Screening, Eligibility, and Included. The data were processed according to the Van Metter and Van Horn Model which includes 6 aspects: standards, policy sources, communication between organizations, characteristics of implementing agencies, environment, and performance. The 13 journals identified in the Included category show that HIV/AIDS is still major problem (journals no.1 to 13). The policy problems exist due to lack of the aspects of leadership and governance (n=2), facilities and facilities (n=2), communication (n=7), the willingness of implementing institutions (n=5), environmental issues (n=7) and performance problems (n=11). Meanwhile, the prioritized three problems were communication (n=7), environment (n=7), and performance (n=11) of the total journals in the Included category studied (n=13). Out of six policy aspects according to Van Metter and Van Horn model, 33% is problematic. The findings suggest more concrete steps on communication, environment and work performance to be needed in the implementation of 2030 free from HIV/AIDS program.
The prevalence of Covid-19 patients’ visits at health care centers in the past one and a half years has resulted in an increase in the need for a nurses workforce. Ironically, on the other hand, there is a decrease in the demand and supply of homecare nurses. This study aims to explore the impact of Covid-19 on homecare nurses and offer solutions in the form of maximizing the role of homecare nurses in the pandemic era by using a document review. The study used an analytical review with a descriptive design. The literature was drawn from Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Pubmed, SagePub, and Semantic Scholar. With the PRISMA analysis strategy, the documents in the database (n=160), which deserve to be reviewed (n=47), and those that meet the requirements for review (n=10). The output: the pandemic caused a shortage of nurses and a moderate level of stress among nurses, where agencies experienced a decrease in demand for homecare nurses. The conclusion of this research is to maximize the role of homecare nurses in the pandemic era, it is necessary to have specific guidelines or protocols regarding COVID-19 prevention and management of homecare or for a long-term care system.
Background: Continuous Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) patients deserve special attention due to metabolic changes in response to Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) which affects their nutritional status. Assessment of nutritional status through screening carried out by Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) nurses is expected to be able to improve nutritional status and avoid complications of malnutrition. Purposes: This review and meta-analysis were carried out to determine whether there is a clinical advantage as the impact to do the nutritional screening to CAPD users. Method: The method used was critical document review of PRISMA Analysis as a systematic review through 103 document searches, identifying keywords, and reviewing articles from Google Scholar, Research Gate, and PubMed. Characteristics of the studies under the search were: nursing on CAPD users, CKD cases, nutrition assessment, roles of CAPD nurses, and nutritional screening methods. Result: Out of 103 records under the search protocol, records screened (n=64), Google Scholar: (n:36), Research Gate (n:12), PubMed (n:12), records removed (n=61), retrieved (n=41), assessed for eligibility (n-21) and records included in the study review (n=17). By using meta-analysis, 21 records were under Included of PRISMA and the studies demonstrate clinically and professionally beneficial. The study suggests Subjective Global Assessment (SGA) screening method for CAPD patients to be used by CAPD nurses.

The COVID-19 pandemic presents a major challenge to the pre-employment health screening system for nurses looking for jobs. For this reason, a pre-employment screening system is needed that sort it easier for all parties (nurses as prospective employees, companies, and company owners) in the health screening system. To offer a health screening system in the form of Remote Pre-employment Health Screening for nurses from the occupational health nursing (OHN) perspectives. The study used Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) Analysis with qualitative descriptive methods. The documents were extracted from Google Scholar, ResearchGate, and PubMed. The indicators included respondents (nurses), research methods (mixture of quantitative, document review, case study, opinion, and report), years (2016-2021), results (focus on pre-employment health screening), and language (English). Document search used the PICOT (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome, and Time) model. The search keywords were pre-employment health screening, OHN, and Covid-19. After analyzing the documents in the database (n=702), the records were eligible (n=10), and met the requirements for review (n=7). The findings of reviewed records were that the pandemic caused a disastrous impact on the nursing profession including the need to review the pre-employment health screening system. To prepare a remote pre-employment health screening system, the study suggests organization to a three in one formula: to make a memorandum of understanding, to set health examination standards, and to create an electronic application.

Keywords: Pre-employment, health screening, OHN, occupational healthCovid-19.
