Based on data from the Bengkulu Province Bappeda, there were 3,341 buildings collapsed due to the failure of the lower structure (foundation). In the Service Building of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia, the foundation used can be considered inefficient. The reason is that the number of foundations is the same at each point even though each point has a different load and floor height. This study aims to evaluate the bearing capacity and the need for bore pile foundations in the Service Building of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia using quantitative methods. Based on the calculation of the ultimate bearing capacity (Qu) and allowable bearing capacity (Qizin) of the foundation, obtained (Qu) 208,992 tons, (Qizin) 65, 234 tons (Mayerhoof Method) and (Qu) 208,992 tons, (Qizin) 62,775 tons (Method Guy Sanglerat). The evaluation of the need for foundation piles using the Mayerhof method is the largest at the point of foundation one (P1) 3 foundation piles and the smallest is at the point of foundation five (P5) 1 pile foundation. Based on Guy Sanglerat's method, the largest foundation needs are at foundation points one and two (P1 and P2) 3 foundation piles, the smallest at foundation point five (P5) 1 foundation pile.

This study was conducted to determine the impact of street vendors on the panoramic market of Bengkulu city that sells in the green zone (pavements and road bodies) and to find out the wishes of street vendors in the research location.Data analysis is a stage to determine the problems faced. The analytical techniques used in this study are as follows: Descriptive Analysis(Descriptive analysis is an analysis that aims to provide a description (description) of a data, such as the average, the amount of variance, the minimum and maximum values, and so on.) and SWOT analysis (SWOT matrix analysis can be formulated various possible strategies in the development of attractiveness. The combination of SWOT components is a strategy that supports the development of potential objects and attractions such as: Strengths Opportunities (SO) Strategies, Strengths Threats (ST), Weaknesses Opportunities (WO) and Weaknesses Threats (WT)).Research result is: The existence of street vendors can create jobs, while on the other hand the existence of street vendors who are not taken into account in spatial planning has become a burden for the city. Street vendors are active in the public spaces of the city without heeding the public interest, resulting in a change in the function of the space, The problem of street vendors is a problem in the lives of many people that is never finished from time to time. To overcome the negative impacts caused by the existence of street vendors, a unity of understanding is needed between the government and the street vendors themselves, Street vendors are mostly practiced by people in Bengkulu City. Although not all of those who work in this sector are Bengkulu City residents, street vendors in their lives raise various urban environmental problems in Bengkulu City. The identified PKL desires include, among others, PKL wanting an official lapak, wanting a cheap retribution and wanting access to loan capital.
Sebagai moda transportasi utama antar pulau di Bengkulu, maka dibutuhkan pelayanan dan fasilitas penunjang yang baik, untuk menciptakan keadaan aman dan nyaman bagi pengguna jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelayanan dan fasilitas yang diberikan PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) Cabang Provinsi Bengkulu berdasarkan kepuasan penumpang. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), yang kemudian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 21. Dari metode Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) didapatkan nilai kepuasan penumpang (X) rata-rata sebesar 45,25 dan nilai harapan (Y) sebesar 54,73. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa lebih besar harapan dari pada kepuasan penumpang. Artinya, pelayanan perusahaan harus lebih ditingkatkan lagi . Beberapa faktor yang prioritas untuk diperbaiki yaitu kondisi jalan akses ke pelabuhan, lampu penerangan, daya tampung kapal/luas parkir di dalam kapal, ketepatan jadwal keberangkatan, jarak dan ketersediaan angkutan umum dari pelabuhan, serta kesesuaian tarif angkut kendaraan dan barang. Sedangkan dengan metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), didapatkan nilai sebesar 7,3%. Nilai ini berada pada rentang nilai 0,66-0,80; yang berarti bahwa konsumen merasa puas secara keseluruhan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Disarankan bahwa perusahaan harus lebih meningkatkan lagi pelayanan untuk memaksimalkan tingkat kepuasan kosumen terhadap perusahaan.
