Palavras-chave: Mão de obra, Know-how, Formação profissional.
Santos, E. P. d. Market in Brazil for the use of renewable energies and energy efficiency actions, 2020. 130 p. Dissertation (Master's Degree in Nuclear Technology) Institute of Energy and Nuclear Research-IPEN-CNEN/SP. São Paulo. With the increasing participation of renewable energy sources in our energy matrix and the great concern of organizations with energy management, the technical and financial opportunities to reduce energy costs, to increase the competitiveness of organizations, and to promote actions that reduce environmental impacts in the processes involved are increasingly evident. Several aspects are relevant. Among them, it is possible to identify in Brazil a low adherence to the use of new technologies mainly focused on improving energy efficiency, great potential for the expansion of renewable energies, and a notorious technical and financial feasibility for projects developed in the areas of energy and energy efficiency. In this work the current study of the main energy sources is presented, emphasizing the renewable ones and the energy efficiency actions, showing a general scenario of the actions developed by public and private initiatives, along with the other actors involved, whose objective is to disseminate the opportunities that permeate the energy and energy efficiency market in Brazil, as well as to guarantee the benefits that the adoption of these new technologies can bring to the economy, society, environment and development of the country. The results determined in the study, highlight Brazil as one of the cleanest energy matrix in the world, demonstrating an expressive participation of renewable energies, with approximately 43%, but reveal timid initiatives aimed at energy efficiency actions and to improving its performance.
The skin aging process is mainly accelerated by external agents such as sunlight, air humidity and surfactants action. Changes in protein structures and hydration during the aging process are responsible for skin morphological variations. In this work the human skin was investigated by in vivo Raman spectroscopy before and after the topical applications of a cosmetic on 17 healthy volunteers (age 60 to 75). In vivo Raman spectra of the skin were obtained with a Spectrometer SpectraPro-2500i (Pi-Acton), CCD detector and a 785 nm laser excitation source, collected at the beginning of experiment without cream (T0), after 30 (T30) and 60 (T60) days using the product. The primary changes occurred in the following spectral regions: 935 cm-1 (νCC), 1060 cm -1 (lipids), 1174 to 1201 cm -1 (tryptofan, phenylalanine and tyrosine), 1302 cm -1 (phospholipids), 1520 to 1580 cm -1 (C=C) and 1650 cm -1 (amide I). These findings indicate that skin positive effects were enhanced by a continuous cream application.
