This study aims to understand the strategy of madrasah principals in realizing academic madrasah through SWOT analysis at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Bogor City. This study uses a qualitative case study approach, where the researcher uses interviews, observations, and documentation to collect data. The data analysis was carried out by referring to the Miles and Huberman concept, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The results showed that the head of MAN 2 Bogor City had implemented his strategic management very well in realizing Academic Madrasahs. This is indicated by the success of the madrasah target achievement programs made by the madrasah principal. In addition, it can also be seen from the SWOT analysis diagram through internal and external factors described in the IFE and EFE matrices. Through this matrix, it was found that MAN 2 Bogor City is in quadrant I, meaning that the head of MAN 2 Bogor City are advised to use a progressive strategy by utilizing the internal strengths of the madrasa to take advantage of the external opportunities of the madrasa to achieve the goal of becoming an Academic Madrasah.
ABSTRACT This study aims to explore inclusive financial policies in the perspective of Islamic economics. The method used is a qualitative method with a literacy study and mass media analysis approach. Hasilnuya, Indonesia (BI) as the monetary authority believes the NSFI program as the main way to improve financial literacy in order to increase the ability of individuals to manage their finances. The banking sector as the majority of financial services activities in Indonesia is a front liner for the program. The strategies used in achieving financial inclusion goals include five pillars, namely financial education, increasing financial eligibility, supporting regulations, increasing intermediation facilitation, and policy reforms covering customer protection, banking agents, and phone banking. Going forward, the financial industry needs to map the potential of the community and business sector as targets of the financial inclusion program. For this reason, a comprehensive partisanship and strategy from the financial industry is needed to expand access to services for the community, especially in preparing products that can meet the savings and investment needs of the community. Online buying and selling has become a preferred shopping alternative to the current 4.0 industrial revolution. However, the existence of online buying and selling is faced with various problems such as goods mismatches, defects in goods, and fraud, making enthusiasts enthusiastic to give an idea about sharia online buying and selling according to Islamic law based on a study of the views of online business people in the Bogor Pamijahan District community. Online buying and selling transactions can be via ATM or COD (Cash On Delivery). The most important thing in buying and selling online is the seller's credibility, quality, price of goods and transaction security. Sharia online buying and selling must also be taken into account so that the seller and buyer of the same fellow Muslims are not harmed and they are happy with each other nor it does violate the fiqh law muamalah in Islam. Islamic Law of Jurisprudence packs online buying and selling in sharia that is fulfilling harmony and terms of sale and purchase, agreement, ethics and principle of buying and selling. The specifications of the goods being traded must be clear and honestly described even if there is a defect in the goods to avoid garar. If the specifications of the item desired by the buyerare not even suitable, the online seller can confirm to the buyer to choose another specification or even cancel the transaction by transferring the payment to avoid fraud and increase customer satisfaction.
This study aims: (1) to analyze the effects of the pandemic and the differences in policies in handling the Covid-19 pandemic on Indonesia's monetary stability; (2) to analyze the effect of money supply, BI-rate, market operations, stock index on Indonesia's monetary stability. This study uses quantitative analysis methods with multiple dummy variable regression. As a result, the number of pandemic cases and differences in policies had a significant effect on the stability of the rupiah. Simultaneously, the stability of the rupiah exchange rate is influenced by pandemic variables (cases, deaths, recovery and pandemic management policies, money supply (M1, M2), market operations (conventional and sharia), reference interest rates (BI-rate), inflation rate. foreign exchange reserves, financial stock index. These independent variables are correlated with the rupiah exchange rate with a correlation coefficient of R2 0.927073. The pandemic management policy, whatever its name, tends to weaken the rupiah exchange rate position. the exchange rate of the rupiah, meanwhile the formation of a task force had a lighter impact on pressing the rupiah compared to other policies.
<p>This research is aimed to analyze TQM model that has been applied in MAN 2 Kota Bogor. This research also tried to find the implemented solution and strategies to enhance the implementation of TQM in MAN 2 Kota Bogor. This study is investigating the phenomenon that occurs in Madrasah environment, according to behavior, perception, motivation, action, etc. Research Object in this study is fundamental behavior that is suspended from the researcher observations, and then this study used qualitative research approaches. But to strengthen the data collected, quantitative approaches are used through survey. This study is explorative study to formulate quality management concept in education institutions of MAN 2 Kota Bogor. Research method used in this study is descriptive explorative and Analytical Network Process (ANP). The research result show that MAN 2 Kota Bogor has been applied TQM gradually. All school components contributed in TQM implementation in MAN 2 Kota Bogor, such as head of school, teachers, administration staff, and all management divisions has their own functions and role. Solutions to the problems appeared based on the priorities are focus on the customers, followed by SOP to all of school activities, sustainability improvement, commitment, management process measurement, and total involvement. The strategies offered to enhance the implementation of TQM in MAN 2 Kota Bogor based on the priorities are human resource empowerment, followed by empowering teacher’s discipline, develop powerful coordination, curriculum preparation, evaluation each semester, and giving trust to teachers.</p>
