ÖZETUzun yıllardır lipozomlar üzerinde incelemelerde bulunan araştırma cılar, lipozomların in vitro ve in vivo olarak biyolojik sıvılardaki stabilite problemlerine tam olarak bir çözüm bulamamışlardır.Bu derlemede, biyolojik sıvılar arasından sadece kan ve plazma seçi lerek, lipozomların, bu sıvılardaki stabiliteleri ve stabilitelerini arttırma amacı ile yapılmış çalışmalar özetlenmiştir. SUMMARYThe researchers who have investigated liposomes for years, could not fınd a,n exact solution to the stability problem of the liposomes in vitro and in vivo in the biological fluids. in this review, among the biological fluids, blood and plasma were chosen to summarize the stability of liposomes in these fluids and the studies that are aimed to improve the stability.
