The purpose of this research is to determine 1) the effect of asset growth rate to capital structure of mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2) the effect of profitability to capital structure of mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 3) the effect of firm size to capital structure of mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample are 76 mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange around 2011-2014. This research used purposive sampling method. The statistical methods used in this research are multiple regressions. The results of this research indicate that: (1) asset growth rate have negative and no significant effect to capital structure of mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (2) profitability have negative and significant effect to capital structure of mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange and (3) firm size have positive and significant effect to capital structure of mining companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
This research analyzes the effect of inclusive green growth and inclusive human development in Indonesia simultaneously. The research time period is from 2011-2019 in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The simultaneous equation method is used to answer the hypotheses that are built. These findings show that inclusive green growth is influenced by inclusive human development, regional financial performance and industrialization. In addition, inclusive human development in Indonesia is influenced by inclusive green growth and democracy. Natural disasters have no effect on inclusive human development. These results provide suggestions for equitable distribution of human development, improvement of regional financial performance, deindustrialization and improvement of democracy.
This research is to create a model for the use of village funds for waste management, using the cost sharing method, namely the distribution of financing between the Padang Pariaman Regency APBD and the Village Fund as a transfer from the APBN. The survey method and literature for data collection in this study used village fund documents, district APBN funds, where respondents were asked to provide their responses to the management of village funds in waste management. Compilation of the concept of calculating waste management activities using activity based costing (ABC), dividing waste management financing through village fund financing is used to create a waste management financing model for Lubuk Alung sub-district to analyze the hypothetical relationship in the research model,
The current era of Industrialization 4.0 has caused many new companies to emerge, including logistics companies. One of them is PT. XYZ, a state-owned company engaged in freight forwarding and warehousing services. Constraints in the placement of goods in the warehouse, namely, the goods stored are sometimes not in accordance with the specified place, the placement of goods on the empty side of the entrance to the warehouse makes a buildup, inhibits the process of inbound and outbound and unequal distance between goods makes the goods not neat. The Class Based Storage method in this study helps the arrangement and placement of goods in the warehouse. To classify goods based on intensity of movement of goods used Fast Slow Non Moving (FSN) analysis. FSN analysis results state the placement of goods in the warehouse, the maximum number of repairs before doing the repair is 4,482 units of goods and after doing repairs to the warehouse lay out of 5,500 units of goods, minimizing search time and shorter mileage with an efficiency level of 30% of the conditions previous.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of perceptions of organizational support and organizational justice on employee engagement turnover intention as a mediating variable in contract employees in Padang Pariaman Regional General Hospital. This research is an exploratory research with quantitative methods. The sampling technique was carried out by census method, with a sample of 84 contract employees. This study uses Partial Least Squares-Structural Equations Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the smart PLS 3 program. The results showed that the perception of organizational support has a negative but not significant effect on turnover intention. Perceptions of organizational support have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. negative and significant towards employee turnover intention Organizational justice has a positive but insignificant effect on employee engagement, employee engagement has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and employee engagement not as a mediating variable between perceptions of organizational support and organizational justice on contract employees in Padang Pariaman Hospital.
