The aim of this study was to investigate ways of improving the effectiveness of the mechanisms in-service courses for Lamerd teacher's job performance in the fundamental transformation plan in the 2013-2014 school years. The purpose of the study, applied for a description of how data collection survey. The study population consisted of 220 teachers in the school education department Lamerd city is 2013-2014 the stratified random sampling technique. Using Morgan, 140 were selected. Instruments included a questionnaire and notes that experts were confirmed validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.90 was calculated. The results showed that the growth and performance of in-service courses for teachers is effective.
The aim of this study was to assess the achievement of the Persian course objectives from six elementary teachers' views, in the Bastak in the school year 2014-2013. The study in term of purpose is applied and in term of data collection is descriptive and survey.The study population consisted of 82 sixth-grade teachers in the school year 2014-2013 in Bastak Department of Education is the entire population of the tutors were selected by census method. Instruments included a questionnaire, notes that validity was confirmed by experts and reliability using Cronbach's alpha 0.94 was calculated. The results show that except for the realization of life skills which the teacher had a good view the other components (goals, vision, goals, values, skills, writing and language skills training) higher view of teachers was moderate. This suggests that the Persian language teaching sixth grade has been already attained their goals and failed to properly provide the necessary skills in students, allowing students the proper development of language skills.
