Farmers’ perceptions of the disseminated technology influence the speed and rate of its adoption. The integration system of rice and cattle farming, named SITT, was developed to increase rice and beef production based on a zero-waste concept. Information on farmers’ perceptions of the SITT technology’s characteristics is needed to improve the technology. This study analyzed farmers’ perceptions of the SITT technology’s characteristics, social characteristics, economic capabilities, and innovativeness level. This research was carried out in October 2018 in Serdang Bedagai District, North Sumatra. Data were collected through interviews using a structured questionnaire to 40 farmers who applied the SITT technology and selected purposively. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods. The result proved that, in general, the farmers’ perceptions of the SITT technology have a greater relative advantage, compatibility, trialability, observability, and less complexity. Most of the farmers are not involved in the farmer group’s management (94.9%). Farmers stated that the financing source for farming activities was their capital (55.0%). The level of farmers’ innovativeness concluded that 43.6% of farmers were in the late majority group. The acceleration of SITT technology needs to be carried out continuously with methods following the specifics of the location and the farmers’ level of innovation. This dissemination activity will provide assurance and trust to farmers in SITT technology to be applied in their farming activities to increase production, productivity, and profits.
Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi saat ini sudah semakin pesat perkembangannya, kebutuhan masyarakat akan teknologi informasi semakin meningkat. Salah satunya di Kabupaten Purwakarta sudah mempunyai salah satu e-commerce yaitu Aplikasi Toko Purwakarta (Topur) yang melakukan transaksi pembayarannya dengan sistem pembayaran digital (sistem jual beli mudharabah). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui objek Perbandingan pembayaran pemesanan dan pengiriman produk melalui transfer Bank dan financial technology (Fintech) di aplikasi Toko Purwakarta (Topur), untuk mengetahui sistem pembayaran pemesanan dan pengiriman produk melalui transfer bank, untuk mengetahui sistem pembayaran pemesanan dan pengiriman produk melalui financial technology (fintech), dan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pembayaran pemesanan dan pengiriman produk melalui transfer bank dan financial technology (fintech) di aplikasi Toko Purwakarta (Topur). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini Pertama, Pembayaran pemesanan produk melalui transfer bank di Aplikasi Topur melalui tiga tahapan yakni: 1. Pemesanan Produk; 2. Resi Pembayaran Produk; 3. Pembayaran Pemesanan Produk. Pemesan akan melakukan pembayaran melalui transfer bank manapun sesuai kebutuhan pemesan. Pembayaran pengirim produk melalui transfer bank di Aplikasi Topur melalui tiga tahapan yaitu:1. Pengirim Produk; 2. Resi Pengirim Produk; dan 3. Pembayaran Pengiriman Produk. ongkos pengiriman barang ke kantor pos Indonesia dilakukan secara tunai dan ditanggung sementara oleh pengirim, nantinya pihak Topur akan mengganti ongkos kirim melalui transfer bank; Kedua, Pembayaran pemesanan produk melalui Fintech di Aplikasi Topur melalui tiga tahapan yakni: 1. Pemesanan Produk; 2. Resi Pembayaran Produk; 3. Pembayaran Pemesanan Produk. Pemesan Produk akan melakukan pemesanan dan akan muncul Resi Pembayaran produk, pemesan melakukan pembayaran pemesanan melalui alfamart dengan melihatkan resi pembayaran. Pembayaran pengirim produk melalui Fintech di Aplikasi Topur melalui tiga tahapan yakni: 1. Pengirim Produk; 2. Resi Pengirim Produk; 3. Pembayaran Pengiriman Produk. Pembayaran pengirim produk di Aplikasi Toko Purwakarta (Topur) melalui aplikasi agen pos; Ketiga, Pembayaran pemesan produk yang melakukan pembayaran melalui transfer bank sebanyak 64,3%, sedangkan melalui fintech sebanyak 14,3%, dan pembayaran tunai sebanyak 14,3%, artinya produk bank masih tetap diminati oleh masyarakat. Karena sistem pembayaran melalui transfer bank dianggap lebih aman. Sedangkan untuk pengiriman produk baik melalui transfer bank ataupun fintech mencapai jumlah yang sama yaitu 50%.
It is very important to measure financial performance by digging up more information contained in financial statements, financial statements are the end result of the accounting process, which must provide useful information for decision making by various parties. This study aims to obtain an overview of the company's financial performance by applying the DuPont System method. In addition, this analysis can evaluate changes in company conditions and performance, whether there is an increase or decrease or both. The variables used in the DuPont System calculation are Return On Investment, Total Asset Turnover, and Net Profit Margin. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, the source of the data needed in this study is secondary data, the data used in this study are data published by BRI Syariah Bank and BRI Syariah Bank publication reports that exist at the Service Authority. Finance (OJK). The results of this study indicate that the performance of BRISyariah fluctuates every year. Where tends to decrease at the level of Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turnover, and Return On Investment. The highest Net Profit Margin for five years occurred in 2016 at 6.16% and the lowest occurred in 2019 at 2.04%. The largest Total Assets Turnover was 0.10 times in 2016 and the lowest was 0.08 times in 2019. The highest Return On Investment was 0.16% in 2016 and the lowest was 0.17% in 2019. This shows that the performance of BRI Syariah Bank in generating profits is said to be poor because it tends to decrease every year, even though the level of the DuPont System at BRI Syariah Banks has fluctuated, but it is still said to be positive due to the determination of the DuPont Syatem level criteria, namely the ROI of BRI Syariah Banks is still quite healthy.
The integrated rice and cattle system (SITT) is an innovative technology package to increase agricultural production and encourage zero waste fulfillment. The technology components introduced include new HYV, fertilization, young seedlings, organic fertilizers, Jajar Legowo, IPM, bio urine, and compost. Although it has been implemented at the farmer level, there are insufficient details of its adoption performance; therefore, it is necessary to measure the adoption to evaluate the technology dissemination. This research objective was to analyze the farmers’ adoption level, adoption period, and technology application frequency. The research was conducted in Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra, in 2018. The respondents were 40 farmers (cooperator and noncooperator), and the respondents’ selection was made purposively. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. The results showed that the adoption of technology by cooperator farmers was higher than noncooperator farmers, both from the perspective of each technology component and the level of adoption. The average duration of technology adoption by farmers was 44,0% require more than one planting season, 28,4% require one planting season, and 27,6% require less than one planting season. The frequency of technology application showed that farmers who apply SITT technology more than two planting seasons were 66,0%, exactly two planting seasons were 24,5%, and one planting season was 9,5%. Thus, to increase farmers’ adoption of technology, the technology should be suited to farmers’ preferences and needs, increase profits and ensure that the technology is available in the field. Moreover, providing continuous assistance during the introduction of technology.

Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Dan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini, Pertama, Penyelenggaraan giveaway di akun Instagram Arifah.id dimulai dengan owner menentukan persyaratan bagi peserta yang mengikuti giveaway, setelah itu persyaratan serta hadiah disampaikan di postingan akun Instagram Arifah.id, lalu peserta mengikuti persyaratan dan ketentuan sesuai dengan yang telah disampaikan di postingan Instagram, kemudian owner menentukan pemenang dengan cara manual. Setelah pemenang ditentukan, owner mengumumkan pemenang giveaway di Instagram story dengan menandai akun Instagram pemenang, selanjutnya pemenang konfirmasi data pribadi seperti Nama Lengkap, Alamat Lengkap, No. Handphone, serta hadiah yang diinginkan pemenang dari produk Arifah.id. Setelah mendapatkan konfirmasi dari pemenang, owner mempersiapkan hadiah dan mengirimkan hadiah tersebut melalui ekspedisi J&T atau JNE, tanpa ada persyaratan bagi pemenang untuk pengiriman hadiah tersebut. Kedua, Praktik giveaway dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah termasuk dalam akad ju’alah. Praktik giveaway di akun Instagram Arifah.id sesuai dengan Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional-Majelis Ulama Indonesia Nomor 62/DSN-MUI/XII/2007. Hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dengan perpenuhi rukun dan syarat dalam akad ju’alah, mulai dari Ja’il (pihak yang mengadakan sayembara), Maj’ul Lah (pihak yang melakukan pekerjaan sayembara dan yang berhak mendapatkan upah (ju’lu)), ‘Amal (pekerjaan yang disayembarakan), Ju’lu (upah yang dijanjikan), dan Sighat (pernyataan dari pihak ja’il kepada maj’ul lah). Dan penelitian ini diperkuat juga oleh Pakar Ekonomi Syariah bahwa praktik giveaway ini sudah sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan syariah yang artinya dibolehkan dalam Islam, karena pada dasarnya segala bentuk muamalah boleh kecuali ada dalil yang mengharamkan.
