ABSTRAKKejadian ibu hamil yang kekurangan energi kronik (KEK) bukan menjadi hal yang baru di Desa Belang Turi. Kejadian ibu hamil KEK sangat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain kurangnya asupan makanan yang bergizi, usia ibu, status gizi ibu kurang dan lingkungan. Faktor kurangnya asupan makanan yang bergizi disebabkan karena kemampuan untuk membeli pangan yang sangat kurang sehingga ibu hamil mengalami kurang energi kronik. Selainitu kurangnya asupan makanan yang bergizi akan mempengaruhi status gizi ibu kurang sehingga mengakibatkan ibu mengalami kurang energi kronis selama kehamilan. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mencegah terjadinya KEK pada ibu hamil dengan Pelayanan Antenatal Care. Metode yang digunakan penyuluhan dan pemeriksaan pada ibu hamil. Hasil pengabdian ditemukan pada penimbangan berat badan masih ada ibu hamil yang mengalami gizi kurang sebesar 43%, Pengukuran tinggi badan yang pendek sebesar 34%, KEK sebesar 43%, anemia 31% dan terjadi peningkatan setelah dilakukan penyuluhan. Keseimpulan: Pelayanan antenatal care memberikan dampak yang positif untuk mencegah KEK pada Ibu hamil. Kata kunci: ibu hamil; KEK; pelayanan antenatal care; pemberdaayan. ABSTRACTThe incidence of chronic energy deficiency (KEK) pregnant women is not a new thing in Belang Turi Village. The incidence of CED pregnant women is strongly influenced by several factors, including lack of nutritious food intake, maternal age, poor maternal nutritional status and the environment. The factor of lack of nutritious food intake is due to the ability to buy food which is very lacking so that pregnant women experience chronic energy deficiency. In addition, the lack of nutritious food intake will affect the nutritional status of the mother, resulting in a chronic lack of energy during pregnancy. The purpose of this service is to prevent the occurrence of KEK in pregnant women with Antenatal Care Services. The method used is counseling and examination of the mother. The results of the service found that in weighing there were still pregnant women who experienced malnutrition by 43%, short height measurements by 34%, KEK by 43%, anemia 31% and an increase after counseling.
