Corona virus-19 (COVID) has been declared a global pandemic. The increase in cases of covid-19 can be prevented by disease prevention behavior in accordance with the protocol that has been established by the government. However, there are still many people who heed the protocol. This condition has an impact on people's anxiety, coupled with the presence of information that continues to be rolled out on social media and mass media about the development of covid-19. Anxiety is increasing with the stigma of the community about covid-19 patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of anxiety and behavior of the community in preventing COVID-19 disease in East Java. The design of the study was descriptive survey. The sample in this study was people in East Java with the sampling techniques by accidental sampling techniques. The data collection used questionnaires using GAD-7. scale and behavior questionnaire according to DIRJEN control and prevention of covid-19 March 2020. The analysis of descriptive statistical test data that was percentile / percentage. The results showed that most people in East Java experience minimal anxiety and positive behavior. Minimal anxiety occured because most respondents are highly educated and already know about Covid-19, this will help solve psychological problems including anxiety. The efforts of health workers are also very much needed to always assist the community in adhering to health protocols by providing sustainable health education.
Service accuracy is the minimum standard of service that must be achieved by nurses in the emergency room, so that proper triage implementation is needed. Triage is the classification of patients based on the level of emergency by prioritising actions on airway (A), breathing (B), and circulation (C) disorders by considering facilities, human resources and the probability of patient life. The literature search in this literature review uses six databases with high and medium quality criteria, namely scient driect, IEEG, cedekia, Sci-hub, ProQuest, Pubmed. For previous studies using correlational analytics with a cross-sectional study approach, descriptive: combination (mixed methods) with sequential explanatory design. cross sectional. Check Prisma to guide this review. Titles, abstracts, full text and methodology were assessed for study eligibility. Data were tabulated and analysed narratively. Results: Nine journal literature met the inclusion criteria, with the major theme of triage accuracy in the Emergency Department. There were three journals analysing the accuracy of triage implementation, and four journals relating to triage accuracy. Factors that often appear in triage accuracy include nurses' understanding of triage, motivation and workload. Knowledge is one of the most important factors in the accuracy of triage implementation. Proper implementation of triage can reduce morbidity, disability, and mortality so as to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Keywords: Accuracy of triage.
Background : Hypertension is the most common disease found in the community. It does not only degrade the quality of life, but it can be life-threatening. Hypertension is known as heterogeneous group of disease because it can affect anyone from different age groups and various economic classes. There are two therapies for hypertension ie pharmacology and nonpharmacology. One of non-pharmacology therapy is doing ergonomic gymnastics. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of ergonomic gymnastics on blood pressure in people with hypertension in Sumber Agung Village, Jatirejo Sub-district, Mojokerto Regency. Method : This research method used one group pre test - post test design with control group. Sampling technique used was simple random sampling, from 80-person population of hypertension patient in Sumber Agung Village Jatirejo Sub-district Mojokerto Regency and become sample number 20 respondents in treatment group, and 20 respondents in control group according to criteria. Data collection using interval scale blood presure and total cholesterol. Analysis using statistical test Paired T test and Independent T-test SPSS 17. Result : From the analysis we got result p value 0,00 <0,05 it indacted that means of blood presure and lipid profile before ergonomic gymnastic and after ergonomic gymnastic shown significat value, it means that ergonomic gymnastic was very effective for blood pressure and lipid profile (total cholesterol). Discussion : Ergonomic gymnastics is one of effective therapy, easy to do and useful. Because ergonomic gymnastics can make the body become relaxed and blood vessels become vasodilated so that the blood flow and oxygen supply becomes smooth and it get impact in lipid profile . keywords : Aergonomic Gymnastic, Blood Pressure, Lipid Profile, Hipertension.
Background: Cardiac rehabilitation is an evidence-based intervention that includes physical exercise, health education, and modification of health behavior in patients with cardiovascular disease. Cardiac rehabilitation is considered as secondary prevention after acute coronary syndrome and improves treatment outcomes in patients with coronary heart disease. This literature review aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of cardiac rehabilitation in coronary heart disease patients. Methods: This present study was a literature review discussing cardiac rehabilitation for coronary heart disease patients. Results: The result showed that the functional capacity of the CR group was more increased compared to non-CR (p <0.001; α <0.05), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) significantly increased in the CR group (p < 0.05; α <0.05), the medical cost of CR group was lower significantly (p=0.042; α <0.05), and the risk of recurrence rate was significantly lower in CR group (p=0.004; α <0.05). Conclusions: Cardiac rehabilitation is known to increase functional capacity, increase left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), reduce medical costs, and reduce the recurrence rate of patients with CHD.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of a combination of tripod position and pursed lip breathing on respiration rate in COPD patients at Bangil Hospital. In this study, a pre-experimental method was used to determine the effect of giving a combination of tripod position and pursed lip breathing on respiration rate in COPD patients at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan. The population in this study were all COPD patients at Bangil Hospital Pasuruan in June 2021 as many as 30 people. The sampling technique in this study was consecutive sampling. The sample used in this study were some COPD patients at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan. From the results of the research above, there are differences in the decrease in respiration rate , this can be caused by differences in the accuracy of respondents when doing pursed lip breathing , respondents who can do it correctly will get better results in reducing respiration rate . It can be concluded that there is an effect of giving a combination of tripod position and pursed lip breathing on respiration rate in COPD patients at Bangil Hospital, Pasuruan.
