Motivational interviewing is a client-centered counseling method that is used to promote behavior change by eliciting client motivations for change and analyzing conflicting client motivations. The purpose of this literature review was to summarize the effect of motivational interviewing on adolescent risk behaviors. Articles published in English between 2015-2020 were searched in MEDLINE, CINAHL, and the Cochrane Library. The reviewers extracted and summarized the data using the Joanna Briggs Institute ( JBI) data extraction tool. A total of six articles were included in this review. It can be concluded from the results that counseling combined with motivational interviewing is beneficial at reducing risky sexual behavior in teenagers and in preventing HIV transmission. The development of Fintech's business in Indonesia helps maximize the use of technology to change, sharpen, or improve various financial aspects ranging from payment methods, transferring funds, obtaining funds, loans to asset management can begin to be accelerated and shortened using technology. However, considering technology that is not well prepared will have an impact on a poor user experience. The DANA application still requires UI / UX difficulties on transactions so it does not meet user expectations. Assessing user-centered design can help in user-related issues. Supporting user-centered design has been supported by various techniques, methods, tools, procedures and processes that help design interactive systems that are more user-centered. Data mining methods used are interviews with end users and literature studies. New design and prototype recommendations according to usability test results. A total of seven participants tested the usability of the new transaction prototype. The expected results of this design help overcome/control the user in conducting transactions.
Penelitian ini bertujuan antara lain: pertama, mengetahui apakah penerapan Model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi pokok persamaan garis lurus di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Barumun. Kedua, mendeskripsikan penerapan Model Problem Based Learning dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi pokok persamaan garis lurus di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Barumun. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindak Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII-1 yang berjumlah 26 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas dan hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan menerapkan Model Problem Based Learning pada siklus I diperoleh dengan kategori minimal cukup yaitu sebesar 46,1% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 88,5%. Peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 42,4%. Dengan indikator pencapaian telah tercapai ≥ 80%. Kemudian untuk hasil observasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I diperoleh kadar aktivitas siswa sebesar 75,08% “Cukup” pada siklus II 87,27% “Baik”. Peningkatan yang terjadi dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 12,19%. Indikator pencapaian telah tercapai ≥ 80%. Sedangkan untuk hasil observasi kemampuan guru pada siklus I dan siklus II diperoleh dengan kategori “Baik”.
