Раскрывается роль дизайна и его инструментов в архитектурной среде, намечаются задачи проектирования, определяется место дизайна в социальном прогрессе. Исследование раскрывает основные аспекты профессии дизайнера в контексте современной среды и культурной необходимости. Рассматривается проблема интеграции методов дизайна в социум посредством принципов соучастия. Установлена необходимая обществу роль коммуникатора, проводника новых технологий в лице дизайнера, что обусловливает специфику методов проектирования в данной профессии. Предлагается решение проблемы обезличивания архитектурной среды и ее предметного наполнения, основываясь на новейших достижениях техники и гуманитарных наук. In the article the role of design and its instruments in architectural environment is viewed, design goals are scheduled, design place in social progress is determined. The research deals with key aspects of profession of designer in context of modern environment and cultural necessity. The problem of design methods integration in society by means of involvement principles is studied. The paper is devoted to the problem of evolution of table-ware color scheme in diff erent periods, of correlation between color combination and culture aspects of one or another society, and of techniques of individual selection of color and color combinations in table-ware. The authors view compositional basis of design of welfare items - in particular of table-ware in diff erent periods of arts and civilization development - and analyze the principles of formation and decoration of table set items. The analytic parallel is revealed between preferences in table sets choice and specifi city of psychological processes of associative image formation at consumers.
