RESUMENLa justicia social, entendida como un modo de igualdad compleja, conlleva la necesidad inseparable del ejercicio de la responsabilidad social de las instituciones que representan las esferas de distribución de bienes, en tanto un deber. En ese sentido, Walzer considera que solo en la medida en la que la distribución responda a los significados sociales, podrán cubrirse, en el marco de la igualdad, las necesidades de una sociedad en un ámbito de derechos comunitarios y deberes ciudadanos. Lo anterior representa un faro orientador para las políticas y responsabilidades de las instituciones y empresas de los países con enormes problemas de desigualdad social, como es el caso de México.Palabras clave: Justicia, Responsabilidad social, Igualdad, Derecho, Deber.
ABSTRACTSocial justice, understood as a way of complex equality, entails theneed for exercise inseparable from the social responsibility of institutions that represent the areas of distribution of goods, as a duty. In that sense,Walzer believes that only to the extent that the distribution meets the social meanings, may be covered with in the framework of equality, the needs of a society in afield of community right sand duties. This represents guiding beacon for the policies and responsibilities of institutions and companies from countries with enormous problems of social inequality, as the case of Mexico.
