The aim of the study is to reveal the content of the structural components of managerial competence, determine the influence of certain pedagogical conditions on its formation among students during the training in the master's program in “socio-cultural management”, and experimental verification and quantitative analysis of these conditions. The object of the study is the process of personal-professional formation of master's students of the faculties of humanitarian management. The positive influence of high motivation on the level of managerial competence has been proved. It has been revealed that the value-motivational component has the least dependence on the duration of training. The article offers effective conditions of forming managerial competence, which have been tested experimentally and confirmed the possibility of their introduction into practice.
The purpose of this study is to find ways to increase the effectiveness of cross-cultural communications from the standpoint of Ukrainian business. The methodology of the research is based on statistical measures; there is quantitative identification of parameters of intercultural business communication processes, their modeling, analysis and forecasting. As a result of the study, the relationship between different types of intercultural communication is determined: the transaction oriented and the relationship, formal and informal, monochrome and polychrome, expressive and restrained. Profiles and classifications of the cross-cultural communications have been constructed. The communication disagreements and corresponding reactions of Ukrainian businessmen in different countries and regions of the world have been determined. Models have been developed that reflect the patterns of the relationship between the success of communication (reaction) and intercultural differences. The obtained results can be used to substantiate the cross-cultural communication strategies of business trips.
The purpose of the article is to reveal the essence and substantiate the key vectors of perspective development of the innovation-oriented model of the art university of the future with the definition of potential challenges and transforma- tions from their implementation. The research methodology. The results of the study are obtained by applying the following methods: analysis and synthesis, de- duction and induction in the study of university management, key concepts of or- ganizational management and a systematic approach in determining the place and role of universities in ensuring sustainable development of modern society. The scientific novelty lies in the substantiation that the guarantor of successful sustain- able development of economic systems, namely ensuring economic growth, improv- ing the social welfare of the population and promoting the cultural prosperity of the nation, is the successful formation and further development of university edu- cation. The harmonization of relations between educational institutions with all participants in this process will provide tangible positive effects in the future. Conclusions. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that the identi- fied promising vectors for the development of innovation-oriented model of univer- sity management may also generate appropriate challenges and transformations in the management system of higher education. Therefore, the active participation of all stakeholders in the management process, as well as timely response and optimal management decisions by managers at all levels is a necessary condition for ensur- ing the development of the university sector in the modern globalization conditions. Actuality. Cosmogeological phenomena and the rapid development of scientific and technical progress cause the next bifurcation of the world civilization and require a transition to a qualitatively different state of society. This is manifested in the increase of chaos and entropy and by all accounts is a systematic, multidimensional, planetary crisis of industrialism, which poses a threat to human existence. The output of forcing state and the transition to order is possible under condition of selection of the relevant attractors, which are based on socially significant ideas. Purpose and methods. The article aims at disclosing the essence of the phenomenon of ideas as the driving force in the management of the livelihoods of the society. Methodological basis of research is the dialectical principle of cognition, systemic, historical, cognitive, and situational approaches to the study of social phenomena, fundamental principles of the theory of ideology and control. Results. The essence of the spiritual power' ideas, is able to penetrate deep into the human mind and influence on society. The influence of the most important ideas on the fate in individual countries and peoples. It is shown that the idea of "live" appear and disappear and in some circumstances can recover his strength. Substantiates necessity in fresh ideas which touch: roles of the state and market; relations between an individual, society and state; correlation of morality and economic efficiency, production and consumption; to democraticness of globalization, that in ideas, which would come forward as an alternative of neoliberalizm which has already exhausted the vital resource. Conclusions and discussion. The scientific novelty of the obtained results consists in deepening of essence understanding, role, value of ideas and their administrative function; in the theoretical analysis of life cycle in ideas and demand determination on new ideas which are able to provide overcoming a system crisis and subsequent development of society. The practical value of the obtained results appears in possibility of their use for strategy development in country and the following administrative science in new theoretical position about an idea as management.

Вивченню питань щодо діяльності у сфері розвитку національних меншин та спільнот України приділяється багато уваги з моменту прийняття Україною незалежності. Багатогранність та мультикультурність України дає змогу пропонувати нам нову систему діяльності та розвитку галузі культури й вивести культурну політику держави на новий рівень. Мета і методи. Метою статті є розробка системи управління та організаційного комплексу соціокультурного проектування у внутрішньому середовищі діяльності національних меншин. Методологія дослідження ґрунтується на принципі культурно-історичного й аналітичного підходів, які дозволяють висвітлювaти соціокультурний процес середовища національних меншин України. Використовуються методи: еволюційний, порівняльно-історичний, функціональний. Результати. Основні результати дослідження полягають у виявленні особливостей та специфіки формування системи соціокультурного проектування в середовищі розвитку і діяльності національних меншин України. Висновки та обговорення. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає у виокремленні основних проблем управління в середовищі діяльності національних меншин України та шляхів їх вирішення. Запропонований комплекс заходів щодо управління дозволить здійснити урегулювання і контроль над вільною проектною діяльністю в соціокультурній сфері на державному та регіональному рівнях, урегулювання і налагодження законодавчої та нормативно-правової бази України з питань розвитку й діяльності національних меншин та до покращення умов для їхнього життя.
