Teachers must possess personality, social, pedagogic, and professional competencies. In addition, educators must continue developing skills that support competence. One of the skills that educators must have is pedagogic ability. Tadrib asatidz is one of the learning methods that can be used to develop skills. For the tadrib asatidz method to be successful, good management is needed. The purpose of the study was to examine the management of tadrib asatidz in developing pedagogic abilities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. Data was obtained utilizing in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects in this study were 83 educators at the Al-Irsyad Al-Islamiyyah Tulungagung educational institution. The data analysis technique used data triangulation. The data collection techniques include reduction, data presentation, and synthesis withdrawal. The results showed that the management of tadrib asatidz in developing teachers' pedagogic abilities was carried out through the stages of planning (planner), implementation (implementation) and evaluation (evaluation). Through tadrib asatidz, teachers can develop all aspects of child development following learning and educational theories, develop curriculum, utilize digital technology, provide facilities for students, communicate well, conduct assessments and reflect
This study aims to determine parenting patterns, family resilience with Congenital Rubella Syndrome, and the factors that influence family resilience. The method used is naturalistic with a case study approach. Research data was obtained by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The data triangulation technique tested the validity of the data. The results of this study are: parents apply democratic parenting, parents can accept the child's condition, and the supporting factors are family and friends. Parents also seek information about their children's needs through seminars and others.
Sunan Kalijaga is one of the famous and influential Wali Songo in Java. As a preacher, Sunan Kalijaga spread Islam from one area to another. The Islamization process was carried out by Sunan Kalijaga does not force people to abandon the culture and beliefs they have embraced, but is carried out with an interesting approach and the islamitation procces followed the customs that exist in the area. The cultural approach taken includes various aspects, ranging from music, vocal arts to fine arts. The da'wah carried out by Sunan Kalijaga on the island of Java has produced a lot of various cultural tools and artifacts that have an influence not only on Muslims, but also it becomes Indonesian cultural relics that are dissolved to this day. Puppets, gamelan, suluk, modifications of surjan to agricultural tools are tools that are a legacy of Sunan Kalijaga which are still easy to find. Mosques and tombs in the city of Demak become one of the pilgrimage destinations for Muslims, which shows that Sunan Kalijaga has a great influence to this day.
<p>There are various methods that educators can use to improve the ability of <em>tahfizh </em><em>a</em><em>l-Qur'an</em> of the children in their early childhood. One of them is Muri-Q method. This study aims to determine whether Muri-Q method's effect on the ability of <em>tahfizh </em><em>a</em><em>l-Qur'an</em> and how significant its effect on the ability of <em>tahfizh </em><em>a</em><em>l-Qur'an</em> of the children in their early childhood at TKQ Kharisma Haramain Sukoharjo, Central Java. The research method used was descriptive quantitative with a correlational design. The data colletion techniques used were by conducting pre-test and post-test, observation, and interviews. The population in this study was all students at TKQ Kharisma Haramain. The research subjects were 20 students of class B at TKQ Kharisma Haramain. The research data were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 28 application. The analysis method used was t-test with a significance level of <0.001. The result of the data analysis was that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test. Therefore, it can be concluded that Muri-Q method affected children’s <em>tahfizh</em><em> al-Qur’an</em> ability at TKQ Kharisma Haramain.</p>
