Tulisan ini membahas mengenai implikasi konsep naskh dan Mansukh terhadap istinbath hukum. Hukum Islam selalu mendialogkan al-Qur’an sebagai teks yang terbatas dengan berbagai problem yang dihadapi. Ulama berbeda pendapat tentang bagaimana cara menghadapi ayat-ayat yang sepintas menunjukan adanya gejala kontradiksi. Dari situlah munculnya pembahasan tentang nasakh dan Mansukh. Maka tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa mengenai implikasi konsep naskh dan Mansukh terhadap istimbat hukum. Adapun hasil pembahasan yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa naskh dan Mansukh secara teks dapat dikelompookan atas empat metode, naskh dari teks ayat al-Qur’an dengan teks ayat al-Qur’an, dari teks ayat al-Qur’an dengan teks hadis atau sunnah. Dari dari teks sunnah dengan dari teks ayat al-Qur’an, dan dengan dari teks sunnah dengan teks sunnah sendiri. Secara ideal naskh erat kaitannya dengan hukum, maka hanya pada wilayah kalimat yang mengandung perintah dan larangan. Kontroversi tentang ada tidaknya teori naskh akhirnya mencuat ke permukaan dan menjadi isu yang tak kunjung berakhir, hingga melahirkan isu revisi terhadap dalil. Namun, implikasi tersebut bukanlah sebagai bentuk revisi, akan tetapi sebagai prosesi dalam penerapan hukum dengan menimbang kepada aspek psikolog dan sosio masyarakat ketika dalil tersebut diwahyukan
This article is entitled typology of learning the meaning of hadith according to Yusuf Al-Qardhawi in his book entitled Kaifa Nata'amal Ma al-Sunnah Al-Nabawiyah. In understanding a hadith text, al-Qardhawi also often uses several approaches in explaining the meaning of sentences both in text and context. This article examines how al-Qardhawi applies methods to differences in understanding hadith, and how al-Qardhawi's method resolves dualism of opinion in one hadith text and meaning in its interpretation. Using a descriptive-analytical approach, this article examines the basic concepts of different ways of understanding hadith, looks for the roots of the character's thoughts, explains the advantages and disadvantages of the method including its implications. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the patterns used include studying the meaning of hadith according to the instructions of the Qur'an, analyzing the opposite of a hadith with the Qur'an, collecting hadith in one theme, merging and interpreting hadith, understanding hadith historically, paying attention to the meaning of haqiqi and majazi and ascertaining the meaning and connotation of words in the hadith.
Islamic education management plays an important role in the management and development of an Islamic-based curriculum. The purpose of this study was to analyze the application of Islamic education management principles in Islamic school curriculum development. The study used a systematic literature review method. The acquisition of data analyzed as many as 21 publication documents. Data obtained through database dimensions in the period 1970–2023 There were no limitations on collecting data in any form. The analysis stage uses NVivo software in order to obtain more accurate theme points. The results obtained through in vivo analysis include the formation of Islamic character, increased academic achievement, respect for Islamic values, community participation, and the application of Islamic teachings in the field. So that Islamic education can have a substantial and positive impact not only on students but also on Muslim society as a whole, maintaining and improving its quality requires the application of management principles in Islamic education.
The purpose of this study is to describe the concentration of topics on Islamic education management in the future in order to gain a full understanding. The google schoolar data source is used because it is considered to have the most number of articles discussing Islamic education management. As a bibliometric analysis tool, the VOSviewer software is used to show the author's network. The search was carried out on October 13, 2022 inputted with the keyword "Islamic education management". The limit of the last five years from 2017 to 2022 was chosen to reduce the number of document findings which reached 17,700. The results explain that there are still few related writers discussing the management of Islamic education. Then the authors who publish the most works are Ali Hapzi and Kasfur, they are also the longest-running writers on this topic.
