This article examines Christian leadership with integrity based on 1 Timothy 3: 1-7. This study departs from the condition of the leaders, both church leaders and leaders in general. Some leaders are no longer a figure or role model for their own families, people they lead and even society in general. With that problem, the authors describe the leader who is an example for everyone. The method used is a qualitative method. Based on the study conducted by the author, there are two important things that need to be learned, namely Leadership Model is without blemish, husband of one wife, can hold back, polite, wise, likes to give a ride, and inspires many people including the servants in Church. Furthermore, the leader has a good name inside and outside the congregation. This is evident from the activities of the leader himself. Therefore, this paper is a study of Christian leadership that highlights all aspects of the life of Christian leaders not only in the Church but in society. Abstrak Artikel ini mengkaji tentang kepemimpinan Kristen yang berintegritas berdasarkan 1 Timotius 3:1-7. Kajian ini berangkat dari kondisi para pemimpin, baik pemimpin gereja maupun pemimpin pada umumnya. Beberapa pemimpin tidak lagi menjadi figur atau teladan bagi keluarganya sendiri, orang yang dipimpinnya bahkan masyarakat pada umumnya. Dengan persoalan itu maka, penulis memaparkan tentang pemimpin yang menjadi teladan bagi semua orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Berdasarkan kajian yang dilakukan oleh penulis, maka ada dua hal penting yang perlu dipelajari, yakni Keteladanan pemimpin itu tidak bercacat, suami dari satu istri, dapat menahan diri, sopan, bijaksana, suka memberi tumpangan, dan menginspirasi banyak orang termasuk para pelayan-pelayan di Gereja. Selanjutanya, pemimpin itu memiliki nama baik di dalam dan di luar jemaat. Hal ini nampak dari aktiftas pemimpin itu sendiri. Oleh karena itu, tulisan ini merupakan studi kepemimpinan Kristen yang menyoroti seluruh aspek kehidupan pemimpin Kristen bukan hanya di dalam Gereja tetapi dalam masyarakat.
The author does the learning process by using the quantum teaching method. This study departs from the writer's anxiety about the condition of student mastery of the material being studied. Inadequate campus facilities and lack of student interest in learning. As a result, students can not fulfill the assignments that have been given. Another issue that makes writers work hard is the average student from a remote area, where the learning process using information technology is still far from their reach. So the authors apply one of the learning processes using quantum teaching. The researcher examines the learning process using classroom action research. Based on the study conducted by the author in this paper, there are two important things that need to be learned, namely being able to do something, and be able to think for doing something. Teaching is a very important task in this world. Teachers should be able to influence human behavior from generation to generation. This is evident from the activities of the students in applying learning outcomes in class. Therefore, this paper contributes to a good learning process.
Pedoman Penulisan Karya Ilmiah ini disusun untuk menjadi acuan bagi mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Star‘s Lub dalam menulis karya ilmiah seperti esai, reviu buku, anotasi bibliografi, artikel ilmiah, dan skripsi. Dengan adanya pedoman ini diharapkan ada persepsi yang sama di antara sivitas akademika, baik mahasiswa maupun para dosen, dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya, mengenai tata cara penulisan karya ilmiah yang dilakukan mahasiswa. Diharapkan juga pedoman ini akan memandu mahasiswa untuk menghasilkan suatu karya ilmiah yang memenuhi standar penulisan karya ilmiah yang diakui dan dianut oleh masyarakat akademis pada umumnya, serta memberi manfaat bagi pengembangan ilmu teologi dan pelayanan Kristen di berbagai bidang.Terima kasih disampaikan kepada tim penyusun Pedoman Penulisan Karya Ilmiah yang telah bekerja keras dalam menyelesaikan pedoman ini. Semoga pedoman yang telah dibuat dapat bermanfaat bagi seluruh sivitas akademika Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Star‘s Lub terutama bagi para mahasiswa.
One of the effort to improve teacher professionalism requires certification to improve the proficiency and quality of teachers in implementing the teaching and learning process. In essence, certification and teacher competency standards are to get good and professional teachers. Having competence to carry out the functions and objectives of the school in particular, as well as educational goals in general, according to the needs of society and the demands of the times. The type of this research is quantitative research with survey methods. Christian Education (PAK) teachers who already have certification will have a significant influence on the work professionalism of Christian Education (PAK) teachers in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as a religious educator.
