Enterprises are socio-economic entities with bonds to their environment. Their economic health is evaluated by the means of adequate diagnostic methods. When evaluating a processing business as a living organism, these diagnostic methods enable to determine their health condition. These business entities pass through individual stages of their life cycle and, in real time, their momentary condition corresponds with the homeostasis existing between the company's system and its environment. A diagnosis defined by the means of diagnostic methods must help to implement the goals which lead, on the base of business management activities, to the generation of an adequate response to the given momentary situation existing in the diagnosed enterprise. The definition of a proper diagnosis is important especially in those periods when the enterprise passes through its life crisis under the conditions of market recession. This scientific paper presents data formulated within the framework of research focused on the analysis of managerial, financial and economic risks and on the methods of their solution within the framework of strategic business management in a new business environment as influenced by the phenomena resulting from the integration processes, development of information technologies and factors of globalisation. This diagnostic method was applied when analysing in detail the operation of a company producing bioveterinary drugs and preparations. The paper presents the results of the research focused on crisis management, which is based on the process of change management by the author-formulated methodology of the creation, implementation and changes of business strategies and requirements for their improvement due to the incidence of a turbulent management environment and other essential factors. The main factors of crisis and methods of their analysis are formulated. Thereinafter, the strategies of solving crisis situations are formulated. The company Bioveta, Inc. is analysed in detail. The research has proved that companies with modern management need a well-made and working system of crisis management due to their complexity and risks.
The development of new information technologies significantly influences the behaviour of enterprises. Gates (1999) says that the digital flow of information enables one to transform all kinds and forms of information into a unified digital form and subsequently download it into any computer, process it and send it to other users. This fact is very important especially in all fields of management, where all management processes are decision-making processes and subsequently processes of influencing and control, and all these processes are carried out through information processes.The company management uses information from its information system for the purpose of strategic, tactical and operational management as well as for real-time management. Hron (2001) says that the basic constant in the management of the development of enterprises is change; well-mastered change is a basic criterion for the evaluation of the managerial work of all company managers. He emphasizes the need to create "homeostasis", i.e. a desirable adjustment of the internal environment of the management to the external environment, in the strategic management of a company. This scientific paper shows the results formulated in the author's research focused on strategic decision-making of the company management in a new entrepreneurial environment resulting from changes caused by integration processes, the development of information technologies and globalisation factors. The goal of this paper is to publish the changes in behaviour of the management of the selected entrepreneurial entities resulting from new factors of changes affecting the entrepreneurial environment. There are presented in the contribution results formulated in researches MSM 6215648904 (Brno, 2010) focused in analysis of managerial, financial and economic risks and methods of their solving in strategical decision making of business management in a new entrepreneurial environment with influences caused by integration processes, development of information technology and factors of globalization. The results of the research indicate that companies with an up-to-date management need a well defined strategic management system and elaborate change management within this system, which contributes to the creation of balance between the internal environment of the management and external environment, i.e. creation of so called homeostasis. The above mentioned conception requires perfect information backing and up-to-date technical facilities for management, especially a computer network equipped with up-to-date software. Rapid changes, principally in the external environment, require of the business management to select new approaches and methods of decision-making and to have a well conceived algorithm enabling a flexible response to customers' wishes.
