Based on the teaching experience, the authors identify some difficulties that students have to design research proposals related to information management in the Areas of Economic and Administrative Sciences, as well as Social Sciences and Humanities of the Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit (UAN). Attention is given to the development of skills for obtaining adequate information, but emphasizing its use within training of research. With this, we emphasize that the tools offered by the courses contents related to information management are not being incorporated into the practical activities of the students in the subsequent semesters. On the other hand, placing them in the first semester, means that students do not need to use the skills learned until more advanced semesters, this ends up becoming a didactic obstacle.
ResumenSe presenta un estudio sobre la interculturalidad a partir del escenario de cambio que imponen el efecto globalizador así como el impacto de las nuevas tecnologías y sus aplicaciones en la educación superior, aclarando primeramente los términos cultura, pluricultural, multicultural, intercultural, intracultural, entre otros. Se aborda el currículo educativo desde diferentes puntos de vista. Se hace un análisis de las políticas educativas interculturales y se comenta el caso de la Universidad Autónoma Indígena de México y el Proyecto Tarasco para ejemplificar los logros en la educación intercultural a nivel superior en México.
Job satisfaction with respect to the policies and practices that guide flexible work in companies has become a topic of great interest to managers of organizations. This article reports the results of the study carried out on the state of satisfaction experienced by the workers of a company that operates under flexible work schemes, dedicated to the commercialization of communication instruments and services. The proposed objective was to know the level of satisfaction of the staff and identify the critical areas or areas for improvement of the working and professional conditions of the employees. It is a quantitative, correlational, cross-sectional, non-experimental research aimed at validating the hypothesis about the effects on the feeling of job insecurity in the worker and their closeness or identification with the company, as well as with their professional performance.
Esta investigacion tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto que las actividades de Responsabilidad Social de las empresas tienen en la Cohesion Social de las comunidades mineras a las que pertenecen. Para tal efecto se ha realizado una investigacion cualitativa que mediante entrevistas semi estructuradas recogio informacion de los beneficiarios directos de los programas de Responsabiliad Social Empresarial. Se ha encontrado que tales programas influyen en el 20% de las variables que explican la Cohesion Social, de manera que el 80% restante no tiene relacion con los programas emprendidos por las empresas, pero si con actividades de homofilia. Las empresas deben replantearse las estrategias que realizan en materia de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial para influir plenamente en la Cohesion social, asi mismo incluir en sus estrategias el concepto deontologico de la Responsabilidad Social Empresarial.
