IDENTIFICATION OF MISCONCEPTION AND COGNITIVE CONFLICT OF PHYSICS: A CASE RELATED TO CONCEPTUAL CHANGEAbstractMisconceptions still often occur when learning physics. This study aims to identify students' misconceptions and their relationship with cognitive conflict in terms of conceptual change. This research used mixed methods explanatory design methods. The subjects in this study were three students from SahabatQu High School, Yogyakarta. The students studied were categorized into three, namely low, medium, and high ability students. Information related to student abilities is obtained from physics teachers and student learning test results. A conceptual change interview guide, conceptual change observation sheet, cognitive conflict questionnaire, and parabolic motion material misconceptions tests were used as supporting instruments to obtain the desired results in research. The learning process uses a PhET simulation. The results showed that high, medium and low ability students still had misconceptions when learning parabolic motion material. Cognitive conflict in high, medium and low ability students is included in the low and moderate categories with a percentage of 8.33% - 41.67%. All students have not been able to experience the four thought processes so that there are still misconceptions on some topics such as the highest point and the farthest distance based on the projectile motion's elevation angle. AbstrakMiskonsepsi masih sering terjadi pada saat pembelajaran fisika. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi miskonsepsi siswa dan hubungannya dengan konflik kognitif ditinjau dari perubahan konseptual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode mixed methods explanatory design. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 3 siswa yang berasal dari SMA Sahabatqu, Yogyakarta. Siswa yang diteliti dikategorikan menjadi 3 yaitu siswa berkemampuan rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Informasi terkait kemampuan siswa diperoleh dari guru fisika dan hasil tes belajar siswa. Pedoman wawancara perubahan konseptual, lembar observasi perubahan konseptual, angket konflik kognitif, dan tes miskonsepsi materi gerak parabola dijadikan instrumen pendukung untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan dalam penelitian. Proses pembelajaran menggunakan simulasi PhET. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa berkemampuan tinggi, sedang, dan rendah masih memiliki miskonsepsi pada saat pembelajaran materi gerak parabola. Konflik kognitif pada siswa berkemampuan sedang dan rendah termasuk dalam kategori rendah dan siswa berkemampuan tinggi termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Seluruh siswa belum mampu mengalami empat proses berpikir sehingga masih menyisakan miskonsepsi pada beberapa submateri seperti titik tertinggi dan jarak terjauh berdasarkan sudut elevasi gerak parabola.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of structured learning media on students' data literacy skills. Media developed in the form of an integrated e-module with the practice of Pancasila values in impulse and momentum for class X using the Discovery Learning model. This type of research is a quasi-experimental with posttest only control group design. The sample in this study was 70 students of class X MIPA 1 and X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Prambanan which were divided into two as experimental and control class. The data collection technique was done by a test with an instrument in the form of a multiple choice that was facilitated by Google Form. Hypotheses were tested using independent t-test. There is a significant difference in data literacy skills among two classes based on the results of the t test with a significance value <0.05. In addition, the average data literacy ability indicator shows that the average data literacy ability in the experimental class is better than the control class.
The industrial revolution 4.0 and the COVID-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia requires all elements of education to apply online-based learning. The existence of information technology really supports the continuity of online learning. One of the supporting factors is data literacy ability. The assessment instrument diagnostic is important in providing information related to students' data literacy skills. This study aims to determine the suitability of an instrument in providing the expected information. The feasibility of the instrument includes the validity, reliability, and difficulty of each item. This test instrument consists of 6 indicators with 5 alternative answers. The test was conducted on 71 students of the MIPA Class. The validity of the instrument content was analysed using the Aiken V equation, while the empirical validity, the difficulty level of the items, and the reliability of the instrument were analysed using the QUEST program. The results of the analysis show that the validity of the instrument content and the empirical validity of the instrument are valid and reliable. Test instruments can be applied to students with low to high abilities. In general, the percentage of measurement results shows that the average data literacy ability of students is moderate.
This study discusses about the teachers performance in optimizing learning in the Full Day school program at SMAN 22 Makassar. This research was qualitative research. Data collection methods obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data was analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, verifying data, and validating data (triangulation). The result of the research showed that; the first was the teacher performance at SMAN 22 Makassar has improved such as planning, implementation and evaluation. The second was Full Day school at SMAN 22 Makassar about school schedules based on school rules. The third was Effective efforts to optimize learning are carried out by teachers and schools. The teacherteach the learning to the students, gave some motivation and learning methods. The school helps teachers by school rules, teaching and learning process (PBM picket) and controlled by hand master in the school.
Pengendalian narkoba adalah suatu upaya yang dilakukan oleh suatu lembaga untuk mencegah terjadinya penyalahgunaan narkoba serta mengaja masyarakat untuk berperilaku sesuai dengan nilai dan norma yang telah ditetapkan/di berlakukan. Lapas atau Rutan merupakan tempat yang dinilai paling aman dan nyaman untuk mengkonsumsi dan mengendalikan bisnis gelap narkotika, artinya narkoba dikendalikan dari dalam Lapas atau Rutan. Penulisan buku ini mencoba menjabarkan konsep dasar pengendalian peredaran narkoba sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dan menyodorkan paradigma baru untuk melakukan pengawasan dan perlindungan bagi warga binaan pemasyarakatan dan pegawai. Dari perspektif WBP menujukan bahwa para WBP mengakui adanya peredaran narkotika dan dikendalikan dari dalam Lapas/Rutan, peredaran ini terutama terjadi di Lapas/Rutan umum. Namun ketika dipindahkan ke Lapas khusus maka tidak ada lagi narkoba yang beredar di dalam Lapas. Namun demikian upaya pihak luar untuk memasukkan narkoba ke Lapas khusus tetap terjadi, akan tetapi bukan untuk diedarkan namun dikonsumsi secara pribadi. WBP di Lapas khusus yang menjadi lokus di Jakarta, Bali, Nusa Kambangan menunjukan bahwa mereka bisa dipastikan telah bersih dan menjalani upaya rehabilitasi, namun demikian WBP di Lapas/Rutan umum masih banyak yang masuk dalam kondisi ketergantungan sehingga menjadi segmen pasar yang potensial bagi para pengedar narkoba. Dari perspektif pegawai, secara normatif para pegawai cenderung menyangkal jika telah terjadi peredaran narkoba di dalam Lapas/Rutan, argumentasi mereka bahwa para pegawai telah melaksanakan tugas dengan baik dan sesuai prosedur. Jika ternyata ada temuan kasus pengendalian narkoba dari Lapas/Rutan yang berawal dari pengembangan pihak Kepolisian atau BNN dan melibatkan pegawai maka pegawai yang bersangkutan (terlibat) akan disebut oknum. Oleh karena itu dalam upaya memperkecil tingkat penyalahgunaan narkotika di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan atau Rumah Tahanan perlu dilakukan penanganan yakni penanganan dengan penindakan dan penanganan dengan model terapi rehabilitasi.
