Anak usia dini adalah anak yang masih berada dalam masa keemasan atau golden age yaitu pada masa ini sangat penting/diperlukan untuk mengembangkan berbagai aspek-aspek perkembangan dalam diri anak, salah satunya yaitu perkembangan bahasa anak termasuk pengenalan bahasa Inggris pada anak usia dini. Bahasa Inggris merupakan bahasa internasional sehingga dengan mengenalkan bahasa Inggris sejak masa kanak-kanak, anak nanti dapat bersaing di dunia global ketika mereka dewasa. Salah satu metode dalam mengenalkan bahasa Inggris pada anak usia dini yaitu dengan metode gerakan dan lagu/nyanyian. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas penerapan gerak dan lagu dalam mengenalkan bahasa Inggris pada anak usia dini di Taman Posyandu Nurul Barokah Krucil. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dalam hal ini melibatkan pendidik dan 20 siswa-siswi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah metode bernyanyi dan gerak sangat berperan dalam merangsang keingintahuan anak dalam mengenal bahasa asing. Anak dengan mudah untuk mengingat kosa kata dalam bahasa Inggris melalui lagu yang mereka nyanyikan.

The purpose of the researchers to conduct research at the Weak Kembar Sumberasih Probolinggo Madrasah Aliyah is to find out whether the ideas put forward in the previous section are in accordance with the facts on the ground. Aliyah is a weak twin Sumberasih Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative method, and the type of research is problem research. The procedures used in collecting information are monitoring (observation), selection (documentation), and question and answer (interviews). From the research we have carried out, the efforts of school principals to improve student learning achievement by providing motivation while providing special time for students by studying in the online learning library and giving homework using Android as a learning medium.
One indicator states that professional teachers / educators have the ability to manage classes, namely providing a conducive atmosphere for effective and efficient learning processes. If it is not yet conducive, then a teacher or lecturer must work optimally to master, regulate and improve, and create a conducive atmosphere so that the learning process can run optimally to achieve the desired learning goals. Class management is not an easy and easy thing, let alone for teachers who have just fielded themselves into the world of education, for teachers who are already professional, they have felt how difficult it is to manage classes, but never teachers feel dry and then deter from managing classes every time they teach in class. The failure of a teacher to achieve teaching goals is in line with the inability of the teacher to manage the class, from failure it is achievement, learning of students is low, not in accordance with the standards or size limits that are determined, therefore classroom management is very important teacher competency mastered by the teacher within the framework of success teaching and learning process.
