This study aims to determine the description of the quality of educational services to student satisfaction after attending the educational process, and the results of this study are used to increase student satisfaction in the future. The population of this research is the management study program students at the Faculty of Economics, Private Universities in Bandar Lampung in 2014, 2015 and 2016. Determination of the size of the sample uses the Isaac and Michael tables with a 5% confidence level and determines the sample members with stratified random sampling. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), an analysis that combines factor analysis approaches, structural models (Structural Model), and path analysis (Path Analysis). The exogenous variable education service quality (X) consists of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Whereas endogenous variables of satisfaction (Y) are cognition, affective and psychomotor. The results showed that 1) a description of the quality of educational services according to students' perceptions as a whole including good categories.variable service quality Tangible, reliability, empathy, assurance is more important than responsiveness, 2) description of student satisfaction after attending the education process according to overall student perceptions including good categories, 3) quality of education services has a significant effect on student satisfaction, 4) policy implications indicate the need for improvement in terms of; a) cleanliness of the lecture room, b) resolve student complaints, c) handle administration quickly, d) pay attention to a controlled period of education, e) hospitality of employees in providing services.
Terjadinya tingkat persaingan kuliner pecel lele memaksa rumah makan pecel lele harus memperhatikan strategi daya saing untuk mempertahankan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan, penelitian lapangan dengan teknik analisis diskriptif yang bertujuan memberikan gambaran strategi daya saing rumah makan pecel lele. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen rumah makan pecel lele. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh: pelanggan menyukai produk pecel lele karena adanya cita rasa yang khas, kelezatan, kekenyalan, kesegaran dan kandungan gizi lele. Pelayanan yang diberikan rumah makan pecel lele dari sisi kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, kepedulian, dan bukti fisik dirasakan sangat memuaskan oleh pelanggan. Harga yang ditetapkan rumah makan pecel lele cukup terjangkau dan pelanggan merasa puas. Untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan daya saing rumah makan pecel lele, harus memperhatikan pelayanan dengan segera atau cepat sesuai pesanan, kenyamanan ruang makan dan kualitas produk pecel lele.Kata kunci : strategi, daya saing, pecel lele
The purpose of this study was to calculate how much capacity the maximum loan amount area where the Provincial Government of Lampung make loans in accordance with the Government Regulation Number 54 of 2005, and to assess the ability to pay obligations (principal + interest) loan areas do. Research methods used are observation, documentation, and interviews. While analysis tools used is the approach that is descriptive quantitative analysis. Based on the results of calculations based on Government Regulation No. 54 Year 2005 on Regional Loan that the Provincial Government of Lampung in 2005-2007 had loans Limit or 60% general revenue budget the previous year average of Rp.632.461.846.102,-and limits the maximum loan for a period of 5 (five) years, the bank rate by 10%, and 1% commitment fee can not be done, because the resulting value does not reach the DSCR of 2.5 or more. To achieve the debt service coverage ratio (DSCR) of or equal to 2.5 for a period of 5 (five) years, 10% interest, and a commitment fee of 1% loan that can be done only by an average of Rp.342.583.020.438 ,-or by 36% of the general acceptance APBDt-1 in 2005-2007.
