The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work stress on employee performance, the effect of employee performance on turnover intentions, work stress on turnover intentions, and examine the indirect effect of work stress on turnover intentions through employee performance as mediation. This research was conducted on employees of casual-dining restaurants in the city of Malang, East Java. The analysis model uses Partial Least Square. The results showed that work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance, employee performance has a significant negative effect on turnover intention, work stress has no significant effect on turnover intention. The indirect effect of proven work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention through employee performance as mediation. For the development of science, the results of this study can be the next research reference material related to work stress, employee performance, and turnover intention.
There are so many strategies that must be explained in a business model because these strategies relate to many aspects of a business. Business models include managing the purpose of our relationship with suppliers, with distributors or with customers directly. The Model Canvas business is a business strategy management that allows us to describe, design and then purge some aspects of business into a whole business strategy. From this description, the formulation of the problem proposed in this study is: "What is the description of the business model for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially for producers of Trenggalek food, to meet the SDGs era? This research is a descriptive study that uses a qualitative approach, with reference to data based on the facts in the field relating to the subject of research, namely Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, processed food typical of Trenggalek. The results of the study found that the small and medium businesses actually implemented the Canvas Business Model and Product Diversification, had used SWOT as an analytical tool and indirectly. Another finding is that business actors find it difficult to reach the international market (export) because of document problems, legality, permits and access. Of the total found, the researcher modified / created a canvas business model that was suitable / in accordance with the behavior of MSME actors in Trenggalek by referring and integrating several successful MSME entrepreneurs in Trenggalek. The researcher also provided direction and compiled a module on how to reach international markets during the SDGs era.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) dan kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap OCB pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap OCB pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. OCB berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III melalui OCB. Hal itu berarti semakin tinggi kompetensi maka akan meningkatkan OCB dan akhirnya semakin baik kinerja pegawai. Komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III melalui OCB. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap OCB dan kinerja pegawai Kanwil DJP Jawa Timur III. Sedangkan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap OCB tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: i) untuk menghitung besarnya biaya pendidikan per peserta didik dengan pendekatan activity based costing (ABC) di Pondok Modern Al-Rifa’ie 2 mulai PAUD, SD, SMP, SMA dan SMK; ii) untuk menganalisis dampaknya terhadap daya saing di Pondok Modern Al-Rifa’ie 2 Gondanglegi Malang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Analisis kuantitatif deskriptif dilakukan untuk memaparkan perhitungan biaya operasional pendidikan per peserta didik dengan pendekatan activity based costing (ABC). Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perhitungan biaya pendidikan di identifikasi aktivitas penyelenggaraannya yang menghasilkan biaya operasional per peserta didik per tahun di Pondok Modern Al-Rifa’ie 2 mulai unit pendidikan: i) PAUD Rp.3.620.512, ii) SD Rp.5.927.690, iii) SMP Rp. 3.384.187, SMA iv) Rp. 6.926.608, v) SMK Rp. 9.061.897. Biaya pendidikan dalam penelitian ini di nilai berdasarkan harga (SPP) dan kualitas kelulusan NUN yang hubungannya tidak secara langsung terhadap daya saing. Dimana daya saing ini sebagai pengembangan di semua lini dalam organisasi baik dari harga SPP maupun kualitas kelulusan NUN. Apabila dinilai dari harga SPP naik dari tahun ke tahun harapannya jumlah peserta didik juga naik. Dan juga kualitas kelulusan NUN peserta didik setiap tahun juga mengalami hasil yang meningkat.
The success of the banking industry in a crisis such as the Covid pandemic is highly dependent on employee performance. Employee performance in banking companies will increase employee efficiency and productivity. Employee performance improvement can be formed through accuracy in Work Placement and providing Work Motivation. Work Placement and employee motivation to improve performance are still debated in previous studies. Based on previous research gaps, this study aims to determine the effect of Work Placement and Work Motivation on Employee performance and to determine the effect of Work Placement on Employee performance through Work Motivation in employees of a government bank in Kediri, East Java, Indonesia. The number of respondents in this study was 58 people who were obtained by using the saturated sampling technique for employees. The data collection method used a questionnaire with PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that employee placement and work motivation influence the employee performance of a bank company. However, the Work Motivation variable as a moderating variable cannot be proven because there is no influence between the Work Placement variable on Work Motivation. The next researcher can retest and develop the concepts used in this research to contribute to the development and renewal of management science.
