ABSTRAKSeiring perkembangan teknologi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dapat merubah seseorang dalam berkomunikasi, bersosialisasi dan belajar, hal ini merupakan sebuah tantangan untuk para pendidik agar dapat menggunakan teknologi secara optimal dan dapat memudahkan interaksi dengan peserta didik dalam proses belajar mengajar baik didalam kelas maupun diluar kelas sehingga indikator dalam satauan acara perkulihan dan silabus dapat tercapai. Penelitian bertujuan: 1) untuk mengetahui apakah pembelajaran matematika ekonomi yang menggunakan Edmodo (eksperimen) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan Edmodo (konvensional) terhadap komunikasi matematis; 2) untuk mengetahui apakah mahasiswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan Edmodo bersikap positif terhadap pembelajaran matematika ekonomi. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi-experiment, desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah nonequivalent control group design: memberikan dua perlakuan yang berbeda terhadap dua kelompok yaitu kelas eksperimen (Edmodo) dan kelas kontrol (konvensional). Teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji kesamaan dua rata-rata, dan uji t. Hasil penelitian adalah; 1) pembelajaran matematika ekonomi yang menggunakan Edmodo (eksperimen) lebih baik dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran tanpa menggunakan Edmodo (konvensional) terhadap komunikasi matematis; 2) mahasiswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan Edmodo bersikap positif terhadap pembelajaran matematika ekonomi. ABSTRACTAs the development of technologies either directly or indirectly, can change a person in communicating, socializing and learning, this is a challenge for educators in order to optimally use technology and can facilitate interactions with learners in the learning process of teaching both in class and out of class so that the indicators in units of of events lectures and syllabus can be achieved. The goal of the research is: 1) to know whether learning economic mathematics using Edmodo (experimentation) is better than of learning without using Edmodo (conventional); 2) to find out if students learn using Edmodo positive towards the learning of mathematical economics. quantitative research methods with quasi-experiment, the research design used was a nonequivalent control group design: give two different treatment of two groups, the experimental classes (Edmodo) and control classes (conventional). Techniques of collection and analysis of quantitative data by using test of normality, test its homogeneity, test the equality of two averages, and test results of the study are; 1) learning economic mathematics using Edmodo (experimentation) is better than of learning without using Edmodo (conventional); 2) students studying using Edmodo positive towards the learning of mathematical economics.
This This study examined the effect of the brand image, perceived price, and perceived risk on purchasing intention. Samples numbered 62 people who intend to buy a Xiaomi smartphone. The population is number of the fifth-semester management economics students of the private economics institute in Bandung. Multiple regression analysis is a statistical method chosen to explore the observed variables. The results showed that the brand image and perceived risk is not significant influence purchase intention. Meanwhile, the perceived price significantly influences to purchase intention. PENDAHULUANIndustri telekomunikasi khususnya telepon selular merupakan industri dengan pasar yang sangat besar dan tingkat persaingan sangat tinggi. Dalam industri ini emunculkan fenomena datang dan tenggelamnya produsen pembuat telepon selular.Hanya perusahaan yang memahami konsumen. Memahami konsumen pada dasarnya adalah kemapuan memprediksi predictor apa saja yang mampu menentukan minat beli konsumen.Xiaomi Inc merupakan perusahaan elektronik swasta milik pribadi dari Tiongkok yang berkantor pusat di Beijing. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 2010. Xiaomi merilis produk telepon cerdas tahun 2011. Walaupun termasuk pendatang baru di dunia telepon cerdas (smartphone), perusahaan telah mencapai posisi perusahaan terbesar ketiga di dunia sebagai produsen telepon cerdas.
This Research aims to determine the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees who are mediated by job satisfaction at the population Office and civil registration of Serang City. Sampling is done by non-probability samplingi.e. the saturated sample (census). The number of samples used in this study was as much as 61 employees. In this study, these three variables were analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis through the significance test with the SPSS program. The object of this research is all officers of the population Service and civil registration of Serang City. The results of the study showed that the working environment was influential in the performance of the population service and civil registration of Serang. Hypothesis 1 is supported, the working environment affects the performance of the Population Service officers and civil registration of Serang City. Hypothesis 2 is supported, the working environment affects the work satisfaction of the population service and civil registration of Serang City. Hypothesis 3 is supported, job satisfaction affects the performance of the Population Service officers and civil registration of Serang City. In addition, research results show that the working environment affects employees ' performance by being mediated by work satisfaction at the population office and the civil registration of Serang City thus 4 hypotheses are supported.

This program aligns research and community service activities from lecturers and students across science and brings togetherness values. This implementation is an effort to develop Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises for small products to increase competitiveness as a regional specialty food product that is in demand by consumers through product innovation improvements—solving problems on product innovation of bontot with packaging that has been vacuumed so that it can last a long time to be marketed outside the region and product innovation of bontot crackers through flavour variants, size variants and supported by more attractive and competitive packaging. The approach method used is socialization, training and mentoring. This activity is carried out to increase product innovation so that the selling value of bontot products increases. This program aligns research and community service activities from lecturers and students across science and brings togetherness values. This implementation is an effort to develop Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises tike chip products to increase competitiveness as a typical regional food product that consumers demand through improvements in business management. By the problems these partners face, the efforts that can be made are improvements in business management through marketing, production, and financial aspects. The specific target of this activity is 1) improvement of business management through improvement of marketing strategies; 2) improvement of the production process; 3) The neatness of financial records. The methods used in this activity are socialization, training, and mentoring. The solution provided to the problem of marketing aspects is the expansion of offline market reach in stores and minimarkets around and the use of online marketing information technology through e-marketplaces and social media applications. In addition, the use of brands in the form of stickers/labels also helps expand market share. Problem-solving in the production aspect is done by creating product innovation through flavour and packaging variations in the manufacture of tike chip products supported by more attractive and competitive packaging that can help solve problems in the production aspect. Financial aspects, problem-solving is done through socialization, training, and mentoring in recording financial transactions, both income, and expenditure, to produce simple financial bookkeeping, to know business income in a measurable per certain period.
