This study was conducted to analyze the effect of earnings per share, return on equity, price to book value, and total cash flow on stock prices in manufacturing companies in various industrial sectors. This study uses a type of causal comparative research which is used to determine the relationship between cause and effect on two or more variables. Sample in this study is manufacturing companies in the various industrial sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange e for the period 2018-2020 using the purposive Sampling method. There are 14 companies that meet the research sample criteria, so sample is 42 financial statement data. Based on test results, it is known that simultaneously earnings per share, return on equity, price to book value, and total cash flow have a simultaneous effect on stock prices in various industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange e in 2018-2020. The partial test results show earnings per share has a positive effect on stock prices, return on equity has no effect on stock prices, price to book value has a positive effect on stock prices, and total cash flow has a positive effect on stock prices.
Currently maximizing the company has become the goal of every company. This can be seen from the value of the stock, if the value of the stock is high then the value of the company will be good. This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm size on firm value. The method used in this research is causal analysis, two or more variables to determine the correlation between the two. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses 70 sample data from 14 manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that profitability, liquidity, leverage, and firm size simultaneously affect firm value in the food and beverage sub-sector. Partially, profitability has a significant and positive effect on firm value, liquidity has a significant and positive effect on firm value, leverage has no effect on firm value, and firm size has a significant and positive effect on firm value.
This study aims to identify the factors that influence financial distress conditions, either simultaneously or partially in retail trading sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. This study uses a type of causal comparative research. The sample in this study is the retail trading sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period using the purposive sampling method. There are 10 companies that meet the sample criteria, so there are 50 financial statements. The factors tested in this study are profitability, liquidity, leverage, cash flow ratio and firm size. The results of the study show that partially the profitability variable (NPM) has a positive effect on financial distress, the liquidity (CR) has a negative effect on financial distress, the leverage variable (DER) has no effect on financial distress, the cash flow ratio (CFR) has a negative effect on financial distress and firm size (FS) has no effect on financial distress. Simultaneously there is an effect of profitability (NPM), liquidity (CR), leverage (DER), cash flow ratio (CFR), and firm size (FS) on financial distress.
The purpose of this research is to determinethe influence ofimplementation environmentalperformance onstock returnwith corporate governance as moderating variable. Cumulative Abnormal Return used as a proxy for stock return. Dataforthis research were obtainedfrom secondary data by purposive sampling method. There are 85 manufacturing companieslisted in IDX complying with PROPER KLH RI on 2013-2017that used as sample. This research usessimple linear regression technique as method of analysis. This research results show that the implementationenvironmental performance has a positive influence to stock return. The results on moderating variable show that the corporate governance use proxy is skill of independent commissioner and skill of audit committee did not mediaterelation between the environmental performance withstock return. ABSTRAK LQ45 sebagai daftar gabungan saham yang ditransaksikan dengan kapitalisasi pasar terbesar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham dengan Earnings Per Share (EPS) sebagai variabel moderasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 22 perusahaan dari total 61 perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam indeks LQ45 tahun 2017-2019 sebagai populasi. Metode pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, Return On Equity tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, Earnings Per Share tidak memoderasi pengaruh Net Profit Margin terhadap harga saham, serta Earnings Per Share memoderasi atau memperkuat pengaruh Return On Equity terhadap harga saham.
