The current covid-19 pandemic has caused the child's needs to be less fulfilled for the attention and guidance of parents, which will undoubtedly affect the aspects of children's moral development. This research was conducted to identify the role of parental attention in the moral development of elementary school children during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative methods with literature studies from several sources, both print and electronic media, as well as books and online journals. The research technique used is the documentation technique in the form of notes, books, papers or articles, journals, and news. Validity test, researchers used the triangulation of data sources. The literature review analysis uses the content analysis paradigma presentation of data using informal presentation methods. The results of this study are based on a survey from the Ministry of Education and Culture, namely that around 90% of parents accompany their children during SFH, and only 3,4% of children do not receive assistance from their parents because their parents work outside the home. This research concludes that it is essential for parents to pay attention to the moral development of their children, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, in general, parents have played a role in accompanying their children during the Covid-19 and SFH pandemic.
This research aims to analyze and study the principal's leadership style in improving teacher performance at SD Negeri Kintelan 2 Yogyakarta. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection methods used are observation and interviews. The result of this research is that the principal at SD Negeri Kintelan 2 Yogyakarta has a very good and collective leadership style. The principal at SD Negeri Kintelan 2 has a democratic leadership style, can embrace educators and employees in improving teacher performance, learning quality, and good learning quality quickly, and understands constantly evaluating and correcting deficiencies at SD Negeri Kintelan 2 Yogyakarta with appropriate strategies and methods. fit. To be a good leader, there must be factors that influence the attitude of a leader, including; factors of knowledge or leadership skills, environment, behavior or personality, and social. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak pembelajaran virtual sebagai tindakan pencegahan COVID-19 di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dasar metode kualitatif dengan studi pustaka dari beberapa sumber, baik cetak maupun elektronik, serta jurnal ilmiah yang terakreditasi. Kriteria artikel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah artikel yang menggambarkan pembelajaran virtual pada mahasiswa dan memiliki bagian yang lengkap. Mekanisme pencarian menggunakan database Google Scholar dengan menggunakan kata kunci “dampak COVID-19 pada perguruan tinggi” dan “pembelajaran virtual”. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi, yang dapat berupa risalah, surat kabar, esai, karya ilmiah, literatur atau artikel jurnal. Uji validitas yang peneliti gunakan adalah triangulasi sumber data. Analisis studi pustaka dengan 4 tahapan yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, menampilkan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah; (1) pembelajaran berbasis virtual diyakini menjadi salah satu kunci bagi perguruan tinggi untuk bangkit dari krisis pandemi yang berkepanjangan, (2) pembelajaran virtual berbasis Model Pembelajaran Online (OLM) dapat meningkatkan daya serap materi mahasiswa terhadap materi kuliah dengan peningkatan persentase mencapai lebih dari 81% dibandingkan hanya menggunakan model pembelajaran tatap muka, (3) pembelajaran virtual juga memiliki kekurangan, pertama, keterbatasan penguasaan teknologi oleh pendidik dan peserta; kedua, sarana dan prasarana yang belum memadai; ketiga, akses internet yang terbatas dan tidak merata; keempat, penyediaan anggaran yang tidak memadai; Kelima, jika dilihat dari sisi mahasiswa, kegiatan perkuliahan berbasis online ini akan membebani pengeluaran kuota mahasiswa dan pada akhirnya terdapat kerugian peserta didik dalam proses penilaian.This research was conducted to determine the impact of virtual learning as a preventive measure for COVID-19 in higher education. This research uses the basis of qualitative methods with literature studies from several sources, both printed and electronic, as well as accredited scientific journals. The article criteria used in this study are articles that describe virtual learning in college students and have a complete section. The search mechanism is using the Google Scholar database using the keywords "the impact of COVID-19 in higher education" and "virtual learning". The research technique used is the documentation technique, which can be in the form of treatises, newspapers, essays, scientific papers, literature or journal articles. The validity test that the researchers used was a triangulation of data sources. Analysis of the literature review with 4 stages, namely by collecting data, reducing data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are; (1) virtual-based learning is believed to be one of the keys for higher education to emerge from the prolonged pandemic crisis, (2) virtual learning based on the Online Learning Model (OLM) can increase the absorption of student material towards course material with an increase in percentage reaching more than 81 % compared to only using face-to-face learning models, (3) virtual learning also has shortcomings, first, limited mastery of technology by educators and participants; second, inadequate facilities and infrastructure; third, limited and uneven internet access; fourth, inadequate budget provision; Fifth, when viewed from a student's point of view, this online-based lecture activity will burden the student quota expenses and finally, there are learners' losses in the assessment process.
