This study aimed to prove what factors influence fathers' involvement in early childhood care. The design of this research was cross-sectional. The population was fathers having the child aged from one month to six years in Bukittinggi. The samples comprised 92 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The independent variables were age at first becoming a father, father's occupation, mother's occupation, father-mother relationship, number of children, father's willingness to be involved, place of residence, and caregiver assistance, while the dependent variable was father's involvement. Data collection used a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using Spearman's Rho with < 0.05. The results showed that the number of children (OR = 11,449, 95%CI = 3,596-36,444) influenced the father's involvement in early childhood care with a probability value of 46.7%. The age of first fatherhood, father's occupation, mother's occupation, number of children, place of residence, and help of caregivers determine the father's involvement in raising the children. The novelty of this research is that health workers need to develop education for families in early childhood care. It is recommended to increase the father's involvement in childcare by increasing the first age of becoming a father to the age of more than 27 years, increasing the willingness of fathers to be involved in childcare, and choosing a place to live separately from parents or in-laws.

<p>Kepuasan pasien adalah salah satu indikator keberhasilan pelayanan kesehatan. Kepuasan pasien akan terpenuhi bila pelayanan yang diberikan telah sesuai dengan harapan mereka. Ektifitas pelayanan fisioterapis, waktu pemulihan, prilaku fisioterapis, lingkungan dan perawatan yang diperoleh akan mempengaruhi kepuasan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa dimensi kualitas pelayanan fisioterapi pasien BPJS rawat jalan di RSSN Bukittinggi.<strong></strong></p><p>Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif. Pelaksanaannya di RSSN Bukittinggi dengan informan yang terdiri dari 6 informan utama (petugas Rumah Sakit) dan 8 informan pendukung (pasien BPS). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan telaah dokumen.</p><p>Hasil penelitian didapatkan tema yang menunjukkan data yang ada pada proses (bukti fisik, kehandalan, jaminan) juga sudah baik, namun  daya tanggap dan empati pada petugas masih dirasa kurang baik sehingga mempengaruhi output yang didapat yaitu cukup puas.</p><p>Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas terhadap pelayanan fisioterapi yang diberikan sudah cukup baik. Diperlukan kerjasama semua pihak untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pelayanan rumah sakit khususnya fisioterapi dalam memenuhi harapan pasien.</p>

 ABSTRAKDaya ledak otot adalah merupakan gabungan dari kekuatan kecepatan otot sebagai kemampuan seseorang untuk menggerakan tubuh atau bagian secara kuat dan kecepatan tinggi wujud nyata dari daya ledak otot tergambar dalam kemampuan sesorang seperti ketinggian loncatan, kekuatan lemparan dan kemampuan  melompat  atau  aktifitas  yang  dilakukan  secara  berulang-ulang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian latihan alternate leg bound untuk meningkatkan daya ledak otot bawah pada atlet sepak bola.Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi-eksperimen dengan menggunakan rangcangan One Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah responden berjumlah 22 orang Tahun 2018. Pengambilan sempel pada penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga didapatkan sempel sebanyak10 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan cara perlakuan yang di ukur sebelum dan sesudah pemberian intervensi. Pengolahan data hasil penelitian dilakukan secara komputerasi menggunakan uji wilcoxon.Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa rata-rata  daya  ledak  otot  tungkai bawah sebelum latihan alternate leg bound adalah 33,60 dan setelah diberikan latihan alternate leg bound didapatkan adalah 38,20. Hasil analisis statistic menujukkan Terdapat perbedaan daya ledak otot tungkai sebelum dan sesudah pemberian latihan alternate leg bound dengan nilai P= 0,004 setiap 6 kali intervensi.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian terapi dengan latihan alternate leg boud  lebih  baik  dan  lebih  berpengaruh  untuk  meningkatkan  daya  ledak  otot tungkai bawah pada atlet sepak bola. Untuk itu diharapkan kepada atlet untuk selalu mrngulangi latihan ini dan aktif, disiplin dalam berlatih agar terbentuk hasil yang maksimal. Kata Kunci  : Daya ledak Otot Tungkai bawah, Leg Bound, Sepak Bola ABSTRACTMuscle explosive power is a combination of the strength of muscle speed as a person's ability to move the body or part strongly and high speed real manifestation  of muscle explosive power is reflected in  one's  ability such  as height of jump, throwing strength and ability to jump or activities carried out repeatedly . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of alternate leg bound training to increase lower muscle explosive power in soccer athletes.This type of research is Quasi-experiment using One Group Pretest- Posttest  methods.  The  population  in  this  study  were  respondents  totaling  22 people in 2018. The collection of samples in the study used purposive sampling technique so that it obtained as many as 10 people. Data collection by means of treatment  that  is  measured  before  and  after the intervention.  Data  processing results of the research were carried out computerized using the Wilcoxon test.The results showed that the average lower leg muscle explosive power before the alternate leg bound exercise was 33.60 and after being given the alternate leg bound exercise was 38.20. The results of statistical analysis showed that there were differences in leg muscle explosive power before and after the alternate leg bound exercise with P = 0.004 every 6 times intervention.It can be concluded that the administration of therapy with the alternate leg boud exercise is better and more influential to increase the lower leg muscle explosive power in soccer athletes. Early marriage is carried out by a partner that categorized as a teenager under the age 19 years old. UNFPA estimates that there is an increase in early marriage every year then by 2030 it is estimated that it will reach 15.1 million annually. This study aimed to analyze Factor Analysis of Early Marriage in Adolescents in Siulak District, Kerinci Regency. The type of this study was qualitative method. It was carried out in Siulak District, Kerinci Regency. The data were collected through observation, interview and documentation. The informants were 5 perpetrators of early marriage and 4 parents of perpetrators. The data that has been collected by interview and documentation Then. It was analyzed by using the qualitative method. The results of this study, it was found teenagers marry early with various factors so they decide to marry early. In short, it can be concluded that culture held by the community and the family economy was still low, resulting in early marriage. It is hoped that parents will become the main support and motivation for a child's future.

ABSTRAK Survei yang dilakukan di Amerika Serikat menunjukkan ada 59% wanita yang menggunakan sepatu berhak tinggi kurang lebih satu sampai delapan jam per harinya. Salah satu pekerjaan yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan sepatu hak tinggi seperti pada seorang Sales Promotion Girls (SPG). Penampilan seorang SPG yang ditentukan dari standar performa perusahaan itu berbeda-beda, dan dalam upaya memenuhi kebutuhan untuk tampil menarik konsumen, perusahaan menetapkan standar performa untuk SPG. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Plaza Bukittinggi, tepatnya di Ramayana Departemen Store yang dilakukan di bulan Agustus 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling dengan uji Chi Square. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh dengan keseimbangan berjalan pada pemakaian high heels adalah lama berdiri (p-value = 0,0005), tinggi hak sepatu (p-value = 0,0005), postur kaki (p-value = 0,0005). Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh lama berdiri, tinggi hak sepatu dan postur kaki terhadap keseimbangan berjalan pada pemakaian high heels sales promotion girls di Ramayana Bukittinggi 2021. One of the jobs related to the use of high heels is a Sales Promotion Girls (SPG). The appearance of an SPG is determined by the company's performance standards and in an effort to meet the need to appear attractive to consumers, companies set performance standards for SPG. The type of this study was descriptive analytic with quantitative methods. It was conducted at Plaza Bukittinggi, especially in Ramayana Department Store which was conducted on August 2021. The samples were chosen by total sampling technique and it was analyzed by Chi Square test. The results showed that the variables related to walking balance in the use of high heels were long standing (p-value = 0.0005), heel height (p-value = 0.0005), foot posture (p-value = 0.0005)). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between long standing, high heels and foot posture on walking balance on the use of high heels sales promotion girls at Ramayana Bukittinggi 2021.
