Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat stabilitas fisik dari formulasi sediaan krim ekstrak etanol kulit buah pisang Goroho pada konsentrasi 12.5%. Evaluasi sifat fisik meliputi uji organoleptik, homogenitas, pH, daya sebar dan daya lekat. Uji stabilitas dilakukan menggunakan metode cycling test selama 6 siklus dengan menguji kembali sifat fisiknya. Hasil pengujiann sifat fisik (siklus 0) sediaaan krim yaitu uji organoleptik (bau: khas etanol buah pisang; warna: hijau; tekstur: semi solid), homogenitas (susunan homogen), pH 5.04±0.25, daya sebar 3.43±0.12 cm, daya lekat 30.55±2.09 detik, dan uji stabilitas selama cycling test (siklus 1-siklus 6) tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna.The aim of this research was to determine the physical stability of the cream ethanol extract of Goroho banana peels at a concentration of 12.5%. Evaluation of physical properties includes organoleptic test, homogeneity, pH, dispersibility and adhesion. The stability test was carried out using the cycling test method for 6 cycles by re-testing its physical properties. Test result of physical properties (cycle 0) cream preparation, namely organoleptic test (odor: typical of banana ethanol, color: green, texture: semi-solid), homogeneity (homogeneous arrangement), pH 5.04 ± 0.25, spread capacity 3.43 ± 0.12 cm and power sticky 30.55 ± 0.12 seconds, and the stability test during the cycle test there was no significant difference.
Performance measurement by balanced scorecard method needed to be done at the pharmacy installation of RSUD Datoe Binangkang to see the performance achievements that have been done and the basis for further performance improvement. This research aims to know performance of pharmacy installation of RSUD Datoe Binangkang with the balanced scorecard method based on customer perspective with learning and growth perspective. This research was a non experimental with evaluative descriptive design. The data was collected with retrospective and prospective methods. This research used both qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data was obtained by interview and direct observation. Quantitative data was obtained by questionnaires. The result research of performance at customer perspective with patient satisfaction indicator showed that patients have not been satisfied with the services provided with the value of gap for each dimension are: tangibles -0,22, reliability -0,17, responsiveness -0,19, assurance -0,02, emphaty -0,05. Performance at learning and growth perspective with indicators of employee job satisfaction high 3,23, work spirit very high 3,37 and percentage of employee training low 0%. The conclusion obtained from both perspective were indicators with good performance was job satisfaction and work spirit. Indicators with not good performance that require attention to be improved was employee training and patient satisfaction.Keywords: Performance, Pharmacy Installation, Balanced Scorecard, Customer Perspective, Learning and Growth Perspective.ABSTRAK Pengukuran kinerja dengan metode balanced scorecard perlu dilakukan di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Datoe Binangkang untuk melihat pencapaian kinerja yang telah dilakukan serta dasar bagi perbaikan kinerja selanjutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja Instalaasi Farmasi RSUD Datoe Binangkang dengan metode balanced scorecard berdasarkan perspektif pelanggan serta perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian non eksperimental dengan rancangan deskriptif evaluatif. Data diperoleh secara retrospektif dan prospektif. Kriteria data berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung. Data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian kinerja pada perspektif pelanggan dengan indikator kepuasan pasien menunjukkan pasien belum puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan, dengan perolehan nilai gap pada setiap dimensi yaitu: berwujud -0,22, kehandalan -0,17, ketanggapan -0,19, jaminan -0,02, empati -0,05. Kinerja pada perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran dengan indikator kepuasan kerja karyawan tinggi 3,23, semangat kerja karyawan sangat tinggi 3,37, dan persentase pelatihan karyawan rendah 0%. Kesimpulan yang didapat pada kedua perspektif bahwa indikator dengan kinerja yang baik yaitu kepuasan kerja dan semangat kerja. Indikator dengan kinerja yang kurang baik yang memerlukan perhatian untuk diperbaiki yaitu pelatihan karyawan dan kepuasan pasien.Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Instalasi Farmasi, Balanced Scorecard, Perspektif Pelanggan, Perspektif Pertumbuhan dan Pembelajaran.
Patient satisfaction is an important indicator for pharmaceutical services and has a close relationship with service quality. A good quality of services will provide satisfaction to patient so that it affects to return the Health Center. The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction of outpatients with the quality of pharmaceutical services at the Tanawangko Health Center. This research is a descriptive study and the data collection tool used is the questionnaire given to 277 respondents. Based on the research results obtained, it is known that each question on the 5 dimensions has a negative value with an average value (-0.38) this value is obtained from the average value of the total service quality index between expectations and reality, meaning the patient is not satisfied. ABSTRAK Kepuasan pasien merupakan indikator penting bagi pelayanan kefarmasian dan memiliki hubungan erat dengan kualitas pelayanan. Kualitas pelayanan yang baik akan memberikan kepuasan kepada pasien sehingga mempengaruhi pasien untuk kembali lagi ke Puskesmas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien rawat jalan terhadap mutu pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas Tanawangko. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner diberikan kepada 277 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, diketahui bahwa setiap pertanyaan pada 5 dimensi memiliki nilai negatif dengan nilai rata-rata (-0,38) nilai ini diperoleh dari rata-rata nilai indeks total kualitas pelayanan antara harapan dan kenyataan, artinya pasien tidak puas. Kenyataan yang diterima lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan harapan.Kata Kunci : Tingkat kepuasan, harapan, kenyataan.
Sponges are multi-cell marine biota whose tissue and organ functions are very simple. In the development of medicine, sponges have been shown to contain active compounds as guiding compounds in the synthesis of the latest drugs. The purpose of this study was to determine the antibacterial activity of the extracts and fractions of the sponge Mycale vansoesti collected from the waters of Mantehage Island against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria. The sponge samples were extracted using the maceration method with 95% ethanol. The antibacterial activity test used the disc diffusion agar method of Kirby and Bauer. The results showed that Mycale vansoesti sponge produced antibacterial activity in all extracts and fractions used namely ethanol extract, chloroform fraction, n-hexane fraction, and methanol fraction against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria with a value of about 6.63-8.82 mm and included in the moderate category of inhibition, this is proven by the formation of a clear zone around the disc. Dalam perkembangan pengobatan, spons terbukti mengandung senyawa aktif sebagai senyawa pemandu dalam sintesis obat-obatan terbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui adanya aktivitas antibakteri dari ekstrak dan fraksi spons Mycale vansoesti yang diperoleh dari perairan Pulau Mantehage terhadap bakteri Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus. Metode ekstraksi yang digunakan adalah maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 95%. Pengujian Aktivitas Antibakteri menggunakan metode difusi agar Kirby and Bauer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spons Mycale vansoesti menghasilkan aktivitas antibakteri pada semua ekstrak dan fraksi yang digunakan yaitu ekstrak etanol, fraksi kloroform, fraksi n-heksan, dan fraksi metanol terhadap bakteri Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus dengan nilai sekitar 6,63-8,82 mm dan termasuk dalam daya hambat kategori sedang. Goroho Banana Skin (Musa acuminafe L.) is a plant that contains flavonoid compounds, saponins and tannins that can inhibit bacterial growth. This study aims to test the antibacterial effectiveness of ethanol extract cream of goroho banana peel and evaluate the preparations using parameters of physical properties and physical stability. This research uses laboratory experimental methods. Cream formula is made with a variety of ethanol extract concentrations of Goroho Banana peel 2.5%, 5%, 7.5%, 10%, 12.5%. Goroho Banana peel extract was obtained by maceration using 96% ethanol solvent. The study of antibacterial test of ethanol extract of Goroho Banana peel using wells method on Staphylococcus aureus bacteria resulted in inhibition of 7.03 ± 3.29 mm at a concentration of 12.5%. All tests are carried out before and during the cycling test. The results obtained before and during the cycling testshowed that the cream preparations met organoleptic requirements, homogeneity, cream pH 6.807 (4.5-6.5), cream adhesion 9.63 seconds (<4 seconds), cream spread 4, 53 cm (5-7 cm). It can be concluded that the ethanol extract of Goroho Banana peel cream meets stable physical test parameters and has moderate antibacterial activity. ABSTRAK Kulit Buah Pisang Goroho (Musa acuminafe L.) merupakan tanaman yang mengandung senyawa flavonoid, saponin dan tannin yang mampu menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas antibakteri sediaan krim ekstrak etanol kulit buah pisang goroho dan mengevaluasi sediaan dengan menggunakan parameter uji sifat fisik dan stabilitas fisik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental laboratorium, Formula sediaan krim dibuat dengan variasi konsentrasi ekstrak etanol kulit buah Pisang Goroho 2,5%, 5%, 7,5%, 10%, 12,5%. Ekstrak kulit buah Pisang Goroho diperoleh dengan cara maserasi menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Penelitian uji antibakteri sediaan krim esktrak etanol kulit buah Pisang Goroho menggunakan metode sumuran pada bakteri Staphylococcus aureus menghasilkan daya hambat 7,03±3,29 mm pada konsentrasi 12,5%. Semua pengujian dilakukan sebelum dan selama cycling test. Hasil penelitian yang didapat sebelum dan selama cycling test menunjukkan bahwa sediaan krim memenuhi persyaratan organoleptis, homogenitas, pH krim 6,807 (4,5-6,5), daya lekat krim 9,63 detik (<4 detik), daya sebar krim 4,53 cm (5-7 cm). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa sediaan krim ekstrak etanol kulit buah Pisang Goroho memenuhi parameter uji fisik stabil dan memiliki aktivitas antibakteri yang sedang.
