Abstrak Stick adalah camilan yang disenangi karena rasanya yang gurih. Stik di buat dengan berbagai rasa, salah satunya rasa wortel. Mitra kegiatan yaitu usaha industri rumahtangga Mekar Mandiri dan usaha industri rumahtangga Merpati Putih di Kecamatan Tanjung Morawa. Tujuan Kegiatan ini pengembangan usaha pengolahan stick wortel. Kegiatan dilaksanakan 8 bulan tahun 2016. Metode Pelaksanaan melalui pendidikan, pelatihan produksi, pelatihan manajemen usaha, penggunaan mesin dan pendampingan. Target luaran yaitu : a) mesin pencetak stick wortel; b) stick wortel. Hasil kegiatan yang diperoleh adalah mitra mampu memproduksi stick wortel. Mitra dapat mengoperasikan mesin pencetak stick wortel dengan baik. Produksi mitra semakin banyak dan omset mitra semakin bertambah. The purpose of this activity is the development of carrot stick processing business. Activity is implemented 8 months in 2016. Method Implementation through education, production training, business management training, machine use and assistance. Output targets are: a) carrot sticking machine; B) carrot sticks. The results of the activities obtained are the partners are able to produce carrot sticks. Partner can operate the carrot sticking machine well. The digital era requires learning materials which is easily accessible online or offline. This research and development study aims to develop flipbook-based teaching-learning material for the Indonesian Snacks and Beverages course in the Culinary Arts Program of Unimed. Data were obtained by interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The teaching-learning material was assessed for feasibility by subject, language, and media experts (3 of each) to assess the content, wording, and design. The trial stage involved 40 students and one lecturer to assess the effectiveness of the material. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study show the problems in the course, such as low motivation of students, lack of parental support, lack of effective teaching-learning material, difficulty in obtaining proper learning sources on the Internet, and limited textbooks for the lecturer. The developed teaching-learning material alleviates some of these problems. The feasibility test results are as follows: subject expert: 3.23 (good); media expert: 3.28 (very good); language expert 3.02 (good). The small group trial stage and field trial results are 3.49 and 3.64, respectively. This finding shows that the developed flipbook-based teaching-learning material is feasible to use in the Indonesian Snacks and Beverages course.
ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menganalisis hubungan keseimbangan asupan gizi dengan kondisi fisik anak. (2) Menganalisis hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kondisi fisik anak. (3) Menganalisis hubungan keseimbangan asupan gizi dan aktivitas fisik dengan kondisi fisik anak. Lokasi penelitian di SDN 190, SDN 193 dan SDN 200 Kecamatan Kotanopan. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik random sampling. Jumlah sampel 70 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner. Data keseimbangan asupan gizi diperoleh dengan recall konsumsi 2x24 jam, data kondisi fisik diperoleh dari hasil penimbangan berat badan dan data aktivitas fisik diperoleh dengan recall aktivitas 2x24 jam. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji Korelasi Pearson dan Regresi Linear Berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. Keseimbangan asupan gizi responden keseluruhannya termasuk kategori kurang. Kondisi fisik responden sebagian besar termasuk kategori normal/baik. Aktivitas fisik sebagian besar termasuk kategori aktivitas ringan. Hasil analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan asupan energi, karbohidrat, vitamin A, vitamin C, fosfor dan besi berhubungan positif nyata (p<0.05) dengan kondisi fisik, sedangkan kalsium berhubungan positif sangat nyata (p<0.01) dengan kondisi fisik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik asupan zat gizi maka kondisi fisik anak juga akan semakin baik. Hasil uji statistik korelasi Pearson menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas fisik (r = -0.406 ; p = 0.000) berhubungan negatif sangat nyata dengan kondisi fisik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan aktivitas fisik akan diikuti penurunan kondisi fisik. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa nilai fhitung = 2.521 > ftabel = 2.00 atau p-value = 0.013 < α = 0.05. Hal ini berarti keseimbangan asupan gizi dan aktivitas fisik secara simultan berhubungan signifikan dengan kondisi fisik anak. Kata kunci : Keseimbangan, asupan gizi, aktivitas fisik, kondisi fisik
Digital books or commonly called E-Books which stands for Electronic Books are paperless books, where e-books are easily accessible through Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs) or special bags made by information technology companies. This study uses a research and development (R&D) approach which is then adapted to the needs of researchers which includes six stages, namely (1) preliminary survey; (2) preparation of electronic teaching materials using the Kvisoft Flipbook Maker application, product design; (4) design validation;(5) design improvement; and (6) description of research results. The purpose of this research is to develop a digital book of Indonesian cakes based on local wisdom for culinary education students. Data collection techniques used expert validation questionnaires and small-scale trials. The results of the development of the textbook show that the average validation and test results are in the appropriate category for use with good predicates according to the table of eligibility criteria and product revisions.
Bandrek (Ginger Drink) is a traditional drink that has a great demand by consumers because of the health benefits. Most of the traditional beverage production is still produced on a household scale, such as the instant ginger drink produced by the household business “Frenss”. The household businesses that produce ginger drink should apply good food production methods so that the products produced are safe and their nutritional value is also maintained. Lumban Pinggol Village, Pangururan District, Samosir Regency is one of the tourist areas in the Lake Toba area in North Sumatra. One of the residents' efforts is to work on making ginger drink Instant. The processing method for instant ginger drink is still manual, even though the ginger drink produced reaches 50 kg each day. Therefore, the solution offered to partners was to design a ginger grinding machine. The implementation method consists of empowerment, mentoring, strengthening capital as well as monitoring, coaching and evaluation. In addition, to improve product quality, more attractive packaging designs and online marketing are needed. The results of this PKM activity are as expected. This can be proven by the fulfillment of targets and the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the partners when listening to / paying attention to the material presentation and processing practices, so that with this PKM activity the partner's income will increase.
