The Basic Education Data Application or Dapodik is an integrated National-scale data collection system, and is the main data source for National Education, which is part of the national education planning program in realizing intelligent and competitive Indonesian people. To find out how far effective and efficient the system is, it is necessary to evaluate. The evaluation carried out in this study used usability testing using five categories, namely learnability, memorability, efficiency, errors, and satisfaction. The five indicators were represented in the form of a questionnaire statement and distributed online to Dapodik application users. The total sample of respondents is a total of 14 people consisting of principals, teachers, administrative staff, library staff and school operators. The test method used in this study includes a validity test consisting of a reliability test and a correlation test. The significance of the Alpha value used in this study is 0.05. From the results of the data validity test, all indicators have a value above 0.05. From the results of the reliability test, all statements in the questionnaire also have a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.489, which means that all statements are appropriate. The evaluation results show that of the five indicators in the dapodik application, the highest value for the error indicator is 5.19, this means that the dapodik application user does not experience errors/damages when using the dapodik application. Meanwhile, the lowest value of the five indicators is memorability of 4.26 which is in the very good indicator, which means that it is said that users can easily remember and know the use of the dapodik application
SMK Negeri 2 Penajam Paser Utara is located on Jl. Province Km. 08 Nipah-Nipah Penajam District is one of the many North Penajam Paser that use the Google Classroom Application as a substitute medium in the online learning process (on the network) during the COVID-19 pandemic. The level of satisfaction is the difference between the user's perceived performance and his expectations. When performance is below expectations, users will feel disappointed. This research aims to find out how satisfied the students of SMKN 2 PPU are in using the Google Classroom Application. The method used is the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) which helps determine the level of satisfaction using the Google Classroom Application. Based on the Customer Satisfaction Index analysis, the results obtained are 73.11 percent, which shows that users feel "Satisfied" while using the Google Classroom Application.

The results of the Research for usability quality (X1), it can be seen that the significance value of the usability quality (X1) is 0.035 < 0.05 or T count 2.143) > T table (1.995) so H1 is accepted, then there is an influence between the usability quality (X1) with the user satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, for Information Quality (X2), it can be seen that the significant value of the information quality (X2) is 0.064 > 0.05 or T count (-1.878) < T table (1.995) so H2 is rejected, so there is no influence between the information quality (X2) with the satisfaction user (Y). As for the Quality of Interaction (X3), it can be seen that the significance value of the quality of the interaction (X3) is 0.002 <0.05 or T count (3.184) > T table (1.995) so H3 is accepted, then there is an influence between the quality of the interaction (X3) with The user satisfaction (Y). From The results obtained are expected to be the recommendation for the Penajam Paser Utara regency Prosecuting attorney Office to develop a much higher quality of the website, So as to increase the utilization of public services through the Penajam Paser Utara regency Prosecuting Attorney Office website, besides that it is also suggested for the future that the Penajam Paser Utara regency prosecuting Attorney Office is given the attention to the overall of quality of the Penajam Paser Utara Regency Prosecuting Attorney Office website in order to maintain or to increase of the user satisfaction in using their website
Skripsi ini berjudul Analisis Kemudahan dan Kebermanfaatan INLIS Lite bagi Pengelola Perpustakaan di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Fokus masalah yang diteliti dalam skripsi ini adalah bagaimana tingkat kemudahan dan kebermanfaatan INLIS Lite bagi Pengelola Perpustakaan di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 orang dari pengelola perpustakaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kemudahan dan kebermanfaatan INLIS Lite bagi Pengelola Perpustakaan di Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara. Metode pengumpulan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji ke 40 responden dan dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas yang menghasilkan 100% pernyataan dikatakan valid dan layak untuk digunakan. Metode penelitian menggunakan uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Kemudahan (Perceived Ease of Use) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan INLIS Lite, Persepsi Kebermanfaatan (Perceived Usefulness) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan INLIS Lite. Persepsi Kemudahan dan Persepsi Kebermanfaatan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan INLIS Lite.
