In some parts of the US, but mainly in desert areas, the arsenic content of the drinking‐water supply, if not imminently harmful, is undesirably high. When alternate, unadulterated sources are not available, it may be worthwhile to remove the unwanted chemical. Here is a method that can drop arsenic levels well below safe standards at a moderate cost.
