- Information Technology (IT) governance is used to build a system that helps companies in a process that involves stakeholders and related elements within the company. In order to provide maximum service to the community, a good Information Technology (IT) governance is needed. CV. Hydro Paint Medan is a company engaged in the automotive sector with the aim of providing high-quality services at competitive prices. The current increase in the role of IT in the company has actually been followed by changes in the company's business processes. The development of business strategy is always associated with IT strategy development. In this study, the authors aim to evaluate the information system governance at CV. Hydro Paint Medan with reference to the COBIT 5 framework. The results of this study indicate an assessment of the capability level of environmental conditions, conditions of the monitor, the potential for technology, and the use of innovation.Keywords - Information Technology, Cobit 5, Capability Level, IT Governance, Information Systems Abstrak – Tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) digunakan untuk membangun suatu sistem yang membantu perusahaan dalam proses dimana melibatkan para pemangku kepentingan dan elemen-elemen terkait dalam perusahaan. Agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal kepada masyarakat, maka diperlukan sebuah tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) yang baik. CV. Hydro Paint Medan adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang otomotif dengan tujuan memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas tinggi dengan harga yang kompetitif. Peningkatan peran TI dalam perusahaan yang terjadi saat ini sebernarnya juga diikuti dengan perubahan proses bisnis perusahaan. Perkembangan strategi bisnis selalu dikaitkan dengan pengembangan strategi TI. Dalam penelitian ini penulis bertujuan melakukan evaluasi tata kelola sistem informasi di di CV. Hydro Paint Medan dengan acuan dari kerangka kerja COBIT 5. The choice of shuttlecock is very important in playing badminton. In determining the shuttlecock to play badminton generally only involves reasoning skills or choosing randomly. Determination of shutllecock recommendations is considered important because through this activity the quality of each brand can be known. The method used in the shuttlecock selection decision support system is using the Simple Additive Weight (SAW) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods which aim to compare SAW and AHP. The criteria used are feather material, cork material, speed, level of usage, and price. The decision support system is designed with the PHP programming language and MySQL database to test and determine the ranking of several available alternatives. Then the results obtained from the assessment using the SAW method as the main priority of Yonex Shuttlecock Aerosena 50 (code: S3) as the best shuttlecock, while with the AHP method the main priority was Shuttlecock Victore Master Ace (code: S13) as the best shuttlecock. The ranking of each method will be used as a consideration for badminton players in choosing the appropriate shuttlecock for use
This research is based on the importance of the role of air transportation in supporting national development, therefore efforts are needed in realizing and improving aviation safety which is a service product, especially at Medan's Kualanamu airport. This study uses independent variables, namely: Training (X1), motivation (X2), workload (X3), and increased productivity of Airnav Indonesia employees in Medan branch as the dependent variable. Collecting research data using a questionnaire method distributed to 72 employees who work as Air Traffic Controllers who are Airnav Indonesia employees who are tasked with providing direct flight traffic services to provide air traffic guidance services, especially for aircraft flight traffic, such as aircraft. flying, helicopters and more. The results of the analysis and the t test show that the variable training has no significant impact on productivity. Meanwhile, motivation and workload have a significant positive effect on employee productivity in the Medan branch of the Airnav Indonesia work environment. In testing the hypothesis based on the F test or Anova test, it is known that the value of Fcount (35,508) Ftable (2.74) with a significance level of 0,000 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that training, work motivation, and workload simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of Air Traffic Control (ATC) employees in Airnav Indonesia Medan Branch. The result of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.595. meaning that 59.5% of the dependent variable (work productivity) is influenced or explained by the independent variables, namely training, motivation and workload. The remaining 40.5% (100% - 59.5%) is influenced or explained by other variables outside the variables not used in this study.
