Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between managerial capabilities on MSMEs business sustainability, the relationship between financial literacy on MSMEs business sustainability, the relationship between financial literacy on MSMEs business sustainability. Method: This research uses quantitative research methods. Quantitative research methods are used because in this study, the relationship between the variables to be studied has a causal relationship, to examine certain populations and samples, and aims to test the established hypotheses. The measurement scale in this study uses a Likert scale of 1 to 5 with categories namely strongly disagree, disagree, disagree, agree and strongly agree. With data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The analysis technique uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) with SmartPLS 3.0 software tools. Respondents in this study were 876 MSME owners who were determined by simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques use variable calculations based on variable operational definitions. Result: From the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded as follows. Managerial ability partially has a significant effect on the Defensive Strategy of MSMEs actors, Financial Literacy partially has a significant effect on the Survival Strategy of MSMEs actors. Partially, Risk Mitigation has a significant effect on the Survival Strategy for MSMEs actors Implication: To encourage an increase in MSMEs Business Sustainability, MSMEs management must encourage an increase in managerial capabilities, financial literacy, and risk mitigation variables. the higher the managerial ability, the more suitable the competitive strategy that is formulated and implemented in SMEs. Managers are the main actors of the company, thus the better the managerial ability of a manager, the company's performance will increase.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between compensation and employee performance, analyze the relationship between job rotation and employee performance, and analyze employee engagement on employee performance in SMEs. Design/Methodology/Approach: The method used in this study is quantitative to test the hypothesis taken from the research variables in numbers and then the data is analyzed using statistical procedures. This study explains the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The population in this study were 670 SMEs owners. Data collection techniques in research were carried out by distributing questionnaires containing statements related to the variables studied. The measurement scale used for this research is a 7-point Likert scale. Data analysis uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. Findings: The results of this study are compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, job rotation has a significant effect on employee performance, employee engagement has a significant effect on employee performance Practical implications: SMEs managers should implement compensation, job rotation to encourage employee performance improvement and also to encourage employee engagement to improve SME employee performance. Authenticity/Value: The novelty of this research is the discovery of a relationship model of compensation, job rotation, Employee Engagement and performance of SMEs employees.
The purpose of this research is to exposure review about several factors of online Purchasing Intention as a form of how consumers behave in accepting digital technology and have an interest in doing behavior. In fact, that the individuals tend to do this behavior, this study uses the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The importance of understanding one’s behavior in acceptance technology, the technology acceptance model known as the TAM is growing along with the advancement of information technology itself and changes in user behavior, TAM Model 1, the actual technology use variable is influenced by the perceived usefulness variable, perceived ease of use, attitude towards using technology, and behavioral intention to use. Due to the actual technology use cannot be observed by researchers using a list of questions, it is replaced by the name of perceived usage, TAM 2, external variables are added directly, namely social influence processes which include Subjective Norm and Image with moderator variables Voluntariness and Experience; and cognitive instrumental processes which include Job Relevance, Output Quality, and Result Demonstrability. TAM 3, by adding one of them the Computer Self-Efficacy variable as an external variable that affects Perceived Ease of Use, Online Purchasing Intention influenced by the existence of transactional interest in online.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
